The worst experienve EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Subpar service from our waitress. She was very pregnant, but that’s not an excuse. This was our first time here and I was very disappointed because of a waitress. Me and my family will not be back. The hostess at the door was very friendly and welcoming. However, our waitress was overthetop RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NONACCOMMODATIVE. After arguing with me about my child sitting at the end of the table and talking at me, instead of communication with me about my daughter sitting at the end of the table yelling at me that she HAD to move if someone else sat behind us…need I say in that small place, there was plenty of room between my daughter and the next table. She was very hyperactive verbally, and her energy was horrible. I didn’t make my daughter didn’t move either. Afterwards she asked if we were ready to order our food, and we all said yes, and during the ordering of our food, she interrupts, still ill apparently from trying argue with me, and told us very plainly that she’d give us somemore time, and literally walks off. I was completely done at this point, and in shock. The food wasn’t that great, my lasagna hardly had any meat. She barely checked on us and we didn’t get refills. We asked for our reciept after sitting for a while, and she had something smart to say to me about asking for the reciept. After handing us the reciept, she talked for several minutes to a random person and we had to wait for her to come back by to pick up our card. She screamed after going back to our table to find we didn’t leave a tip. She followed behind my 19 yr old stating aloud throughout the restaraunt, …”So no tip???” …. then came out behind us out the entrance stating, “Did you mean to leave zero for the tip?”. We just continued out the door. Talk about poor customer service skills, poor soft skills…a tip? How about good service for a nice tip. This short description is not close to the details of this experience. Bye, Felicia…save your money, don’t come here.

Amazing just amazing hands down from the atmosphere to the food. This is a hole-in-the wall type location that is a must visit. Local artists showcase their work here as well. It can have a bit of a wait if you go at peak hours but outside of that it’s not bad wait time. If you are looking for some authentic Italian with an inviting atmosphere, this is the place to go!!

Can easily say this is a restaurant I won’t be back to, the pasta sauce was bland and hardly warm. The chicken was dry, burned, and half of a portion. The food is heavily overpriced and the waitress was rude and unpleasant. I was never told that gratuity would be added, I always tip but this waitress had me reconsidering. Not worth the price at all. I added a picture of the pasta as I got it.

We started with a party of 6 and were seated right away. Our party grew to 12 and our server was so accommodating and made it work. She was gracious and patient with our big party and the food was amazing. Truly a “hidden gem”! Thank you!

I always enjoy the experience when we come here. The food, the staff, and the environment are all wonderful. They have all kinds of drinks and food to choose from and you won’t be disappointed. The appetizer we chose this time was INCREDIBLE. It was the 3 Guys Dip of the Day and consisted of a Shrimp, Crab, and Lobster dip. It was so good. I will be broken hearted the next time we go if they have a different dip of the day but I’m sure it will also be excellent.

I ordered late as the kitchen was closing after a busy night. The staff was gracious, quick, and super nice. The Naked Geek was awesome! What a great mix of if ingredients including mozzarella, spinach, feta, sun dried tomatoes and red onions! Thank you and I’ll be back when I’m in town again!
