You might have seen the skit and heard the jokes before but this gentleman is a professional and talented chef. His food tastes better because it is made with love.

Food was good, however, service was TERRIBLE! They brought my wife’s food out first and I didn’t get my meal until about 5min AFTER she had eaten hers. Didn’t get a drink refill after my drink ran out and when she did refill it it wasn’t even what I was drinking. Waited 10min to even revive our check but by that point I had to go sit in the car so I didn’t cause a scene. It truly was a bad experience and we will not be coming back. I do NOT recommend.

So, I tried this location after a cashier recommended it. It wasn’t terrible but I was disappointed considering how expensive they were. I typically go with whatever sushi combination they offer. In this case, it was 6 pieces of a sushi variety and a CA. roll…. the avocado and perhaps other vegetables were warm or room temp, which I wasn’t a fan of, if that’s normally how they serve their rolls. In the past, they were always served chilled which is my preference. Food was good but at $25+ I thought it was slightly pricey.

The price increase is outrageous and the chef/cook didn’t say a word the whole time, considering the hibachi experience is a big price of dining here. Upcharging for fried rice also. The food taste was fine.

Very disappointed and expensive for the low quality experience. I arrived at 11:45am for lunch and I was the only one in the dining area for Sushi so it wasn’t busy at all. My order didn’t take long to start arriving. The Spicy Scallop Roll seemed to have old rice and the roll was bland without any distinct flavor. Next came the Spider Roll and their signature Asuka Roll. Again old rice and the flashed fried Asuka Roll along with the soft shell crab in the Spider Roll tasted of old oil. Thinking this should have been the first frying of the day the oil was definitely from days prior. Nothing tasted fresh and all the rolls were small for their price point. Find a better option for your Sushi fix since this isn’t it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OVERPRICED MEDIOCRE FOOD. We were seated in the bar area. We waited 15 minutes for the server to get our drink order. Waited longer for our food order. Our food came right away. The Kani salad was DRY. In the bento box the hibachi chicken was dry. Actually it was NOT hibachi chicken it was a grilled breast sliced sitting on top of vegetables. The vegetables included two carrots and one piece of broccoli and ONIONS. The sauce was a soup in the bottom of this section of the box and the dry chicken on top. We did NOT see our server until we had finished our food to give us the bill. We needed refill…of course we did not get. We heard her blame the young man who brought the food out to couple near us why they did not get part of their food…but she never showed back up to check on anyone in the room. There were only ourselves and the other couple. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Food was absolutely horrible. Ordered the Salmon was dry and had a bad taste. Provide a 10% discount which i could have cared less as it was pretty bad either way and didn’t eat really any of the plate. $30 wasted. Flys all over the table area not very enjoyable experience. Would not recommend this establishment.

We are new to the area and Love hibachi restaurants, been to the chain ones and privately owned ones for years living in both Florida and California, this restaurant was by far the worst. The soup tasted like dirty water, the glass of water tasted just as bad. The steak was spicy, unusual because it’s never been spicy at other hibachi restaurants, so anyone sensitive to spicy food speak up before ordering. The seasonings on the veggies and rice were just not noticeable or near as good as the others we’ve been to, unfortunately we will not be returning and be repeat customers to this spot.
