First time trying this place. Food was sub par at best. Crab Rangoon was soft and rubbery, rice was bland. Much much better places to get take out in the area with better atmosphere and service. Will not be back.

I ordered the fried rice with a dinner meal. The rice tasted funny. I ended up with food poisoning and sick all night vomiting. Other family members had belly pains. The common dish we all ate was the fried rice. We will never order from that place again.

Food was fantastic. Customer service could be a little bit more warmer. Got a bad rating because it was freezing in there and you could tell even the employees were wearing their winter coats. They need to turn the heat on for the customers and also for the employees. It’s actually quite uninviting to come into a restaurant. There is no menus. You have to talk through a clear glass window which is fine because they use a baby monitor to communicate with you. Technology has gone a long way using a baby. Monitor is kind of really old school. For the amount of money they charge for their food, they should update their dining room

First time i order from them. They have huge portions of food. I order the lunch specials that comes with soup and fried rice. Everything was very tasty and reasonably priced. I will definitely order from them again!

The flavor was not that great and the quality and portion size changed so much from the last time we were able to go there. The beef teriyaki has a horrible flavor!The prices seem to have gone up as well. Not a good experience!!! Will have to reconsider giving them another chance.

I’ve never left a bad review for anyone before but i felt its necessary in this instance . I had never been here before so i figured id give it a try. The food is sub par, good tasting but the spareribs are dry and burnt. Also the service is terrible. The woman at the front desk is less then inviting. She made me feel as though i was a burden to her. She also slapped my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. Also there is no music playing so it is a very awkward atmosphere .I will not be returning.

Usually a good place to go eat but the last two times have not been that good. The spare ribs were so burnt and dry you couldn’t even eat them we had to throw them out and the chicken fingers were so soggy and so under cooked that the dough was raw inside.

Food and prices are decent, but elderly gentleman at counter is completely rude time after time. He has no people or customer service skills at all. We rarely order from there anymore, because of him. It makes us feel uncomfortable as consumers, so we go elsewhere for less desirable food.
