You can order at the front counter or sit in the dining area and order from the table. You can also order from the drive up window, or call in to order ahead of time. They are very attentive and ready when you come in the door. They’re kind, helpful, non-judgmental, all accommodating and the food comes fast, accurate and hot. LOVE THIS PLACE!! We have not dined in, but the convenience of the drive up window is great for picking up food after work. Their boneless spareribs are fantastic as well as their sweet and sour combo! this week i tried the chickens on a stick things and they did not disappoint! I highly recommend. Their prices are reasonable, though if you are ordering via food delivery (door dash, uber eats), there is a significant up charge depending on the delivery service you use (those prices are set by delivery company). Best Chinese I have had in the Dayton area so far.

Having ordered from here many times, I’m highly impressed with their consistent excellence. I’ve tried quite a few of the options on their menu, and every single thing I’ve had there is delicious! The staff is nice, and I’ve never had a long wait time. When I’ve ordered online, they have called to clarify requests to make sure they get it exactly right–and they DO get it exactly right!! The portions are generous, reasonably priced, and, again, absolutely scrumptious. I’ve only ever ordered take-out, but the dining area does look clean and welcoming, and the decor is beautiful.

So I was driving through Huber Heights and was hungry for Chinese. I asked Google to see Chinese restaurants in the area and this one was closest. I decided to give it a try seeing as it has good reviews. I ordered four things. House special lo mein, shrimp with snow peas, beef with snow peas and an order of steamed dumplings. First I’d like to preface this by saying nothing g I got was bad. The lo mein noodles were the best of everything. That said, the shrimp, & beef w/shrimp lacked flavor. I was expecting it to be slightly sweeter than it was. Both just seemed to lack any flavor leaving me somewhat disappointed. However, the shrimp was plentiful and plump. The steamed dumplings were fantastic. Price is standard for any other walk in Chinese carryout. Overall not too bad.

Asian Star is the best chinese food around. I have tried all of them in the local area and after three visits here, I can say there’s no topping it. I have had stellar food every time I have been here. My wife and I shared a general tso’s dinner with crab rangoon and egg rolls. Nothing comes close to their chicken. It has the perfect crunch despite being doused in sauce, perfect texture and juicy chicken. Best of all is how quickly they get the food to you. It is faster than most fast food these days. We had everything at the table in less than five minutes of ordering. If you want chinese food that is filling and satisfying, this is the place to go!

New in town and first time trying Asian Star. We had family over for a big dinner and everyone ordered different things and everyone was extremely satisfied. Nobody’s order was messed up and it was really great food. We will for sure recommend this restaurant to all our friends and family

If 0 stars was an option I would’ve chosen it. The egg drop soup is a gel-like consistency, wonton soup was sour as if it’s expired and the customer service is extremely poor.

My son got their orange chicken and absolutely loved it. I got the beef and broccoli and the beef was slimy and very bland. The egg rolls were pretty good. Not my favorite but not the worst I’ve had.
