Today I ordered online for lunch. When I arrived I checked in with the cashier at the front who is usually nice and he told me my order was not ready. I saw my order was being put on the side by the to go orders by the soda machine, checked it was my order. I told the lady arranging the food, took the food, and said thank you. When I was away 10 steps she comes yelling to see a receipt so I show her my online receipt and confirm my name. I showed her my email and she shook her head then snatched my order from me. I had to go tell the cashier at the front then went to the lady to grab my order and she said nothing. What was the point of this interaction? I checked in with her and she didn’t say anything until I walked away. She demanded to see the receipt so I showed her my online receipt, then she shakes her head and snatches my bag away? Like what? I saw her shaking her head at another customer checking if his order is ready. If that is not the place you pick up orders then make a better system.

Asian spice is one of my neighborhood go to spots for fresh hot Chinese food with vegetarian options. I love the miso soup, veg fried rice, kung-pao tofu, broccoli in garlic sauce and general-tsos tofu. Food has always been fresh and steaming hot.
