terrible service , food terrible . I ordered cheesesteak eggroll it was nothing in there but cheese . they used spanish yellow rice for my fried rice . i know because i cook it all the time . 1/10

The food is ALWAYS good! Customer service is not the greatest and sometimes the wait time is insanely long. Which could mean they have a bunch of orders because the food is so GOOD! If I had one piece of advise it would be to work on customer service. When interacting with the man he has rudely snatched my form of payment because he is always in a rush. Sometimes it’s a little of a struggle placing an order because they are rushing.

I wish I could give this place a negative rate. Beyond unprofessional! I called and placed an order, told the woman no tip. My order comes and the driver immediately yells NO TIP?! and continues to scream and shout outside my building. Little did he know I was giving him a cash tip. He was so irate when I told him I had a cash tip he then yelled “ WHERE IS IT?” “ WHERES THE MONEY THEN?” and proceeded to continue putting on a show while walking away. I was so upset I didn’t even open the bag. I don’t trust food prepared from someone like that. I’d advise not to order from here, mediocre food, rude service. You can’t get better from somewhere else .

My favorite place to get takeout from. They have great thai options and a lot for vegetarians and meat eaters to choose from. They are also always very nice. Food is delicious. The resurant full of their kids toys and stickers on the windows but the food is delicious. Great for take out and delivery is always fast.

Great food but customer service is terrible. It’s the honest truth. Could be the language barrier and cultural differences but doesn’t seem to improve. The Asian lady was amazing but haven’t seen her in months. Hope they can work with the customer service and this place will be amazing! Sad to say I won’t be ordering from this place anymore for multiple reasons.

First called to order food he kept saying he couldn’t hear me than said just to come in, came in and was not even greeted he was on the phone the whole time. Than charged too much extra to get substitutes and would not let you substitute an egg roll for a different egg roll which usually they let you with a little extra charge. Food was okay,sauce was thick in the chicken and broccoli, wonton soup tasted a little funny.
