Food was cheaply priced but also cheaply produced. Order a shrimp and chicken dish and got two chickens. Rice isn’t very good, crab Rangoon not very good. They put a ton of money into the building but not the food, nor the Pizza Hut door handles.

If I could rate this a zero I would! I ordered a delivery from here spent 37.00 not including the tip. I did not receive the crab rangoon that I ordered. I called them back and was told I didn’t order them or pay for them. That’s a lie. I always order those first and if they dont carry them I dont order at all. I was asked if I really need them? I told them yes. She told me it would be another delivery charge, and cost of ragoons. I told her I’ll pick them up. I walk in the door at 7:45pm and a child no older than 8 was working the register with no supervision except the non English speaking cooks. I told her I was there for the ragoons. She told me 3.95. I paid and asked for a manager. She said the manager is not there. I said who takes the phone orders? The 8 year old said a call center. I stood in the store and called. Sure enough the phones rang and the little girl looked at me. I said yeah you wanna answer that?

I normally order from their other restaurant China Sea and pick up, but my laziness has forced me to order from Asian Express due to location for delivery. They are simply rude. Ask them how long it will take and they tell me “it will get there when it gets there.” I told them within the hour or keep it. I had to call back to tell them to be here in 10 minutes or cancel the order after they took over an hour. Then they make sure they show up. They also forgot a whole entree from my order. It’s not even worth the $6 to call back. Just keep it because you’ll never get my business again at either location. Horrible service with just OK food. The food is NO WHERE NEAR as good as it used to be.

Despite a 20% tip on delivery the driver had the guts to tell me we lived too far away and not to order anymore. I order through and app called beyond menu and, per their info, I am 2.2 miles away. Apparently that is too far. Must be nice to not to need business. Food is good though. I may just order here from now on out of spite.

Buffet is a cheap and quick lunch option. Food is decent for the price but I’ve had better. My complaint is that the last 2 times I’ve been, the general tso’ s chicken was empty. Could do a better job keeping up on the dining area, no straws were available, there were only 2 forks left.

For the price of admission, the buffet is good. I’ve also tried the Hibachi Beef platter and enjoyed it. One downside to eating here is that our clothes smelled strongly of grease. I don’t have this issue with other Chinese Restaurants.

Food & prices are pretty good, HOWEVER…. They forgot stuff in your order all the time. They never offer solutions and want you to come back up to pick up. Which, in my opinion is a bad way of doing business. They argue with you on the phone about forgetting things, like you’re lying! Last Friday, they forgot my husband’s gravy for egg foo young. I called and he went back up to pick up. The little girl got an attitude with him, and accused him of lying! Like seriously, who is going to come back up there lying about some gravy!!! What a bunch of crooks! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! One Hundred Flowers on Vine, much better food & service.

The lunch buffet is definitely NOT worth $7.55! The selections are skimpy and they have styrofoam plates to eat off of. The only good thing is that the food was fresh and hot and they had sweetened ice green tea.

My family ordered delivery and someone came downstairs in our building to receive the food. A middle age man gave us the food but when he got exact change he made a very nasty face like he was disgusted and look to the side and threw our change. We know delivery charges are included in the bill itself! We used to love this place but after being disrespected as so we will no longer continue our business and tell our family and friends about this! I’m sure they will support our decision being that they also work hard for their money! Whoever this guy is needs a customer service class for sure!
