For the 2nd time, I have had a horrible experience with them. The first time I order there I waited for over 30 minutes to find out my food had been done for a while it was just sitting in the wrong to go bag. The only reason I found that out was because the customer that went to pick up their food realize there was an extra box in their bag and was honest. The lady at register never told me there was a mix up just put the food to the side and continue on. I had to go to the register and ask just to get my food. Now today I did a phone order at 5:32pm and thought by the time I got there it would be done. I get there and my food was not done. I waited for another 15-20 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. I asked several times what was going on and they kept telling me it would be up soon that they were backed up and could not give me an exact time but it would be up soon. I tried to be patient but as I continue to see other people come in get their food or order their food and get their food within an orderly time I began to get frustrated. After a while I asked for a refund due to the fact I had still not received my food and when I did go up to the front, they kept trying to tell me my food was coming up. So I waited a little bit longer and again my food was still not ready so I asked again for a refund and finally received it after making a big fuss. Before walking out one of the chefs in the back did come out and try to apologize for the wait but the 2 older ladies at the front told him not to apologize. So as of now I wouldn’t recommend this place if the service is going to continue to be that poor up front. It’s a shame when the cooks are more respectful than the front of the house

If I could give this place a 0, I would. This place is ridiculously overpriced for inconsistent flavor. $17 for some nasty rice that the online menu lists as $11 and the rice was plain, no meat. Then when I tell the lady they may want to correct their prices online, she says she can’t change that. Buyer beware, go in and check the menu or you may get robbed!!!! Then I asked for no tomatoes and my rice full of them.

Went to this pl on Friday April 28th. nd did a call in order at 5:15 nd get there at 6 nd my food is still not ready..but people are coming in after me ordering and getting there plate!! I did ask on multiple occasions do you guys know how long it’s going to take you to the fact on what time I called in!!! They then answer in a rude manner saying that they could not tell me any of that!!!they have the worst customer service ever!!! They didbt tell me it was going be a wait over the phone either.. long sory short I had to cuss them out in order to get a refund bcuz here it is at 620 nd still my food wasn’t ready!! Da worst place ever for as customer service!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!

My mom paid for my wife and I’s dinner while she was in town. We ordered 3 general Zous chicken and egg rolls. $50 is too high for the 3 of us and food that didn’t even taste good. I’ve had better Chinese. I wont be returning and I don’t normally leave reviews.

I was highly disappointed that my favorite place to eat served me and my family hair in our food. Not only did my food have hair in it but so did my brother’s and my cousin’s food as well.
