Customer service, one-star food two-stars. The orange chicken was decent, the teriyaki chicken was bland, and the rice was stale with no flavor. The manager and workers were very rude. When I asked for a drink refill I was told we are closed and I am counting money. I politely asked again I was cussed at. I understand the establishment had just closed but how hard is it to be polite or refill a drink?

PLEASE DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. First ever bad review in my life (I always give benefit of the doubt and usually use good reviews). They charged me EIGHTEEN DOLLARS extra for me and my girl to each get shrimp instead of chicken in the combo. Instead of $10.99, it went to 19.99. Then they charged her $2 more to get half rice half noodles. They don’t advertise price on anything but the cheap normal chicken combos, but that upgrade doesn’t cost more than $3-5 even at nicer restaurants (which this was not). When I asked they were incredibly rude and the whole all line of workers all jumped in to reassure me that $53 was an accurate total and that I was essentially beat. And either the whole squad works on commission or quarterly bonuses, the 5 people that each own 20% of the business were all working there, or they managed to hire the entire top 5 schiestiest, most bitter employees in the history of the food industry because I didn’t catch the slightest hint of a “sorry i know it’s grimy, i just work here” vibe.

Overpriced ($40) for mediocre food. The two chicken entrees with a side dish at $11.99 are bogus. Make sure you choose two entrees or you will be overcharged. If you substitute a chicken entree with the spare ribs, it increases the price to $17.99. All the ladies at the counter were rude and served small portions. They are very friendly when they offer their samples but once you become their customer, their act disappears and they provide the bare minimum. Also, we took a container to go and ate it at home. Part of the food was undercooked and we got sick.

AVOID THIS PLACE. SCAMMERS AND VERY RUDE. Lily is a disgusting human being with no reason to be dealing with people because she is terrible. the workers change the prices on you without notice. one time will be one price and the next is another price. workers are also very rude and absolute disgraceful personalities. i asked for a cup of water five times as i was paying and they kept ignoring me because they didn’t want to give something for free. also changed the price. i asked for half and half of rice and lo mein. i was told this time it was an extra $2 whereas last time it wasn’t.

Chicken was good. Veggie rice was tasteless. Unfortunately without notice, they added ice cubes from tapwater to my drink. So my Coca Cola tasted more like chloride.

Just bought teriyaki beef for my son. Asked if come with mushrooms like in the picture (attached), handed my credit card and they added to tab $1.50. When I asked why, they said was for the mushrooms and, cashier told me the borsd photos are just that: a picture and for that they charge extra (mushrooms) I asked why they show a picture that does not match with the order. That is wrong overcharging and do not let you know. The answer was management’s order. The Portions have decreased over time, serving in smaller plates and to go boxes even smaller. On top of that the whole menu is pricey. I believe that are taking advantage of tourism. Proof is on pics I added

just ordered orange chicken and bit into a BONE. i spoke to the manager and he said “chicken has bones i cannot guarantee we don’t have bones in our food” and wouldn’t give me a refund.

This was a very frustrating experience for me. I ordered 1 meal. I asked for half rice and half noodle, they charged me $1.99 extra for that. Then I ordered the chicken and wanted an egg roll for the side dish. They said I cannot have egg roll as a side but can get extra chicken instead. They charged me for the extra chicken and then added the two egg rolls for $4.99. How does 1 meal without a drink add up to $23? What cheats and scammers. There was one main older lady who was telling everyone else what to say and do and she was the one pushing these price add ons, so much that she kept taking over for everyone. She was hard to understand and then acted like I was the one who didn’t understand. This was not a pleasant experience and the owner better figure this out because I see that I am one of many many others who have had the same experience. Let me guess, there is a high turn over rate for workers too. Why? Because the workers are being bullied as well. It is easy to tell this is a stressful work environment due to this particular lady work ethic. The only thing I can imagine is that the owner is the problem or this situation would have and should have been fixed already.
