They are purposely giving less quantity meat I even had to tell them to add more rice but no decrease in prices. I told the employee and he stated that they are following what the owner said. So he admitted that they are giving less food. The last time I ever buy food from here !! I’m sure next door asian would love my business instead. On top off that food wasn’t as tasty as before. SOOO DISAPPOINTED IVE BOUGHT FROM HERE FOR YEARS.

2 weeks ago i stop by and grab a lunch in this place and I’m not satisfied and happy of how much food they gave me its way too little for the asking price. So i went back and told one of the employees that i want my money back, but instead of giving my money back they argue with me and said i already touch the food which i don’t i can’t even look at it because the portion is unacceptable. Looking for their manager and they said he’s out somewhere, so this young asian lady came up and assisted me nicely and offer to give a little bit more food or if i really want my money back, which is what i want to do. So she process the refund for me and apologize about the dissatisfaction she even told me that she hope that i try their food again. So i went back to this mall again yesterday give it one more try and as expected nothing changed looking for the lady who assisted me before but they said she’s no longer working there. The last time buying food from here. So disappointed

I have been buying from this restaurant for years, lately each time you go there there is a price increase and the quantity of food decreases. I am not asking them to give me extra, I am simply asking them to give me what I pay for. There is one employee there, a female that really shouldn’t be serving food, she should be a prison employee for the way she treats the customers. NEVER again will buy from that place.

This location was EXCELLENT food quality and portions were good. Their staff is very friendly and welcomeing. The ONLY REASON for a 4 Star review was the price. It was somewhat reasonable but still $11 for a lunch and drink is slightly higher than expected. There are other selections in the food court that are a bit less expensive. However, their food quality is not as good as Asian Chao. I do recommend this place. They are appreciative for your business.

I paid almost $10 for Mongolian Chicken and Orange Chicken combo last night, and it tasted nothing like the samples ~ mostly sweetened fried crispy breading with barely any meat. I’ve eaten at this mall location before and I am certain that the food was better than this. It was just awful, and in addition to wasting money I was nauseous all evening. I did not open it until I got home, otherwise I would have taken it back for a refund. I ate the rice and threw half of the so-called meat outside for stray dogs. Sarku Japan is definitely better. I’ve seen roadkill that was more appetizing than last night’s meal.

Went to this establishment today after work. Person at the counter was very friendly and told me to pick “ANY” 2 entrees and one side. Went to the register and was given a totally different price than what she told me. Come to find out certain entrees (sesame chicken) are 50 Cents more. Be careful…..food was good but 50 cents per customer adds up. Be up front with your pricing please.

I would give 0 stars for this place. A kids meal is $7.29 plus .60 for Mongolian Chicken. The kids meal was a small container of fried rice and the Mongolian Chicken. $7.89 for a kids meal not including a drink and that drink was $2.59 which the cashier ASSUMED to give me the medium drink for $2.59 instead of the “HONESTkids” drink for $2.39. This place is a rip off and nothing honest about it. No prices match what the tv monitor advertises.
