The food was good, The lady in there name NORMA she wanted to give me whatever she wanted. Had an awful attitude to be working with the customers just because of her I will rather go to the one next to it. We paid 70 dollars for 3 meals, I think it was over priced too.

For the mall food standards, for whoever loves noodles, I order stir fried green beans, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, noodles, and chicken. Their vegetables are very fresh . I like it a lot after walking around the mall .

After paying for a meal that was $13.51 the lady hands me a pack of soy sauce I asked her for more so she gives me another pack so I asked her if they are running short on sauce she tells me you only get 2 per plate. I say ma’am I just gave you 13.51 for my food and I only get 2 sauce packets that is insane. She then tells me for 3 more it’s a dollar not a problem but why when I gave you $13 for this already small portion of dry food. This was in the Treasure Coast Square Mall in Jensen Beach.

They have a good scheme going with their Emperor’s Club Card. We always come here for our Beef Teriyaki with extra beef. I just went to use our punch cards which are full and was told that I couldn’t buy only chicken. Every time we came we ordered Beef Teriyaki. The manager was useless and could barely speak English. Yes I am Spanish, but I speak both equally fluent so it’s not a race thing. It’s a customer service thing! The card specifically says 2 Item Combo or Teriyaki Combo. No where on the card specifically says ONLY CHICKEN! Tried to call corporate twice and left detailed message. The mall won’t do anything about, so they let them continue to falsely give our these punch cards. False advertiseme

It’s Mall food court food nothing too fancy. Every time I’ve gone it’s been great. It’s saucy and warm and I love the cream cheese dumplings. The bourbon chicken is good tasting just as good as the samples you get right in front when walking by. I agree with honesty previous reviews and they can be a little pushy but other than that it’s been a lot better than everyone else has been saying at least recently. I never ate there till recently so I can’t say anything about the previous management or employees but it’s been good since I’ve been going.

This past Sat at the Melbourne Mall, they served chkn teriyaki samples at room temperature to guests in cafeteria walking by them. Good way to get food poisoning! I told the lady not to do that and why, and to tell her mngr. Reheated food must be at 140 degrees minimum or hotter. Will report to health dept on Monday.

This place used to be good years ago; it is horrible now. They charge extra for orange chicken and barely give you any. All the food including the burnt bourbon chicken tastes old like it was reheated several times. The rice had no veggies, no eggs and the rice tastes bad. They were hiding the soy sauce and duck sauce too. He filled the drink full of ice and almost no soda. The main guy is extremely rude as well.
