Dothan’s Asian Bistro, offering Chinese and Vietnamese food, is wonderful! My husband and I went for lunch today and were very impressed … beautiful atmosphere, pleasant waitress who was at our beckoned call, and a very talented chef! Everything was fresh making it easy to have peppers eliminated from my Schezwan vegetables dish. My husband said his Vietnamese beef stew (and he usually prefers steak and potatoes) said it was absolutely wonderful!
