Terrible food and terrible customer service when I nicely told the worker that the food was not good she looked at me like I had three heads and said well I cannot refund even as I took only one bite and was not able to eat any of it. Don’t even get one star. Very sad they used to do good

Amazing Service!! The employees were extremely nice. Bento boxes and the sushi were excellent. I would recommend whoever goes to the Apple Blossom mall to try this place without hesitation!! Try the volcano roll!! It’s delicious!!

Got my 9 year old lunch at Asian Bento today in the mall. As she finished her meal, she discovered a hair in her Honey Chicken! I took it up and showed the employee, who did NOT even apologize, and proceeded to tell me that it was my hair! (It was not.) I asked for a manager and she said there wasn’t one there today. No apology, no checking the food on the buffet, nothing! No care for sanitary conditions or customer service, highly disappointed in this establishment and will not be back!
