This restaurant remained closed for dine in due to lack of staffs. There are currently only two person working so even the takeaway option can take quite some time. I would suggest the owner to consider reducing the amount of options in the menu which could help reduce wait time for the customer.

They have the best Taiwanese Noodle soup in town ; it’s really worth trying if you are in the area. I highly recommend Hakka Short Rice Noodle Soup, which gives me a very authentic Taiwanese flavor, definitely satisfies my craving if I ever miss Taiwan. Not to mention, excellent customer service as well!

This is place is a rare gem! It absolutely obvious how much the owner cares about their customers and the food they recieve. I took 3 items to go and was so impressed with the packaging. It makes it almost impossible to spill a soup or make a mess in your car. Everything was well thought out and included high quality items. Even the soy sauce and chopsticks were top quality. The food was well spiced, balanced, and not greasy. I will definitely be back. To the owner- thank you for raising the bar in take out and Asian cuisine. See you soon!

Absolutely the the most amazing and surprising presentation I’ve ever seen for a to go order. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and Sichuan Spicy Wonton in Red Oil through Uber and I thought it was the wrong order when I saw the box. I’m a ramen nerd and this was the best I’ve had. Generous amount of pork belly and awesome extras to compliment the broth. The broth was delicious and I managed to save some for later. Noodles were perfect due to the fact that it was not delivered in the broth. Wontons were excellent and the spicy oil was a perfect dip. Amazing all the way around. Great job Asia Blue.

A delicious meal as always! We ordered two ramens and some appetizers. The wait Can be long but it’s absolutely worth it. The pepper chicken is amazing off the small plates/appetizers. I also enjoy their chili oil. Their packaging is perfect and others should learn from this restaurant. This restaurant is a hidden gem!!! I will continue to support this small business and hope others will do the same.

I was craving ramen during this random short cold spell we’re having, and Asia Blue exceeded my expectations! I had the spicy tonkatsu (I asked for spicy – it’s not officially on the menu), and it was so so good! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles had just the right amount of bite, and the meat was thick, just fatty enough, and flavorful. I also loved the bamboo shoots, the texture of the egg, and the separately packed green onions and seaweed so that they would maintain their freshness and crunch. I’m not a huge eater anymore, so my one ramen lasted me both lunch and dinner (that’s why the picture of the put together ramen bowl might look a bit sparse – it’s only a half portion)! I also got a $5 side of bok choy and pork – great price and delicious!! I also loved the little sides of lotus root, seaweed, and edamame that came with the ramen. And the customer service is always on point. All in all a perfect experience!

If you you like eating healthy and using less plastic this isn’t your place. Got the vegetarian miso ramen. Not sure if there was actually miso. Just tasted like sodium and oil. Wish I wasn’t hungry wouldn’t have ate it. The over excessive packaging is ridiculous and wasteful. Just wanted something healthy and tasty.

We went there before pandemic hit and it was a pleasant experience to me and my family. They had nice interior and atmosphere for us wanting to come. During the pandemic and now they only offer take out only. But they have cool to go container to accommodate your food. They also offer Taiwanese food.
