Living in Byron, we try to make the drive to Dixon as often as possible to eat here. I love their sandwiches, baked potatoes, and customer service. I’ve always had great experiences here and try something different each time we come. This time I choose a ham, turkey, and toast beef sandwich with cheddar, provolone, and Swiss. It was served hot and it was delicious. Also had a baked potato with chili and cheddar cheese. I do love this place…

Good food, if you’re looking for a cheap sub, go to Subway. If your looking for a good meal, this is a great choice. Sandwiches are good but nothing too impressive (although the bread is very soft) but if you want a special treat, get a baked potato bowl. I’ve had the chicken bacon ranch potato which was awesome (just don’t ask for sour cream, you’ll get a small 2 oz dish for the price you pay for a 12 oz container at the grocery store) and don’t forget the frozen yogurt for dessert.

Great food, reasonable prices I will be back.

Corned beef sandwich two pieces of meat for $8.50 come on. And toast the bread, pasta salad was like eating oily noodles. Don’t recommend it. You’re better off going to Jimmy John’s or even subway is better than this.

Good spot for the area and sandwich was good. Place was really busy but still got food quick. Standard white bread with deli meat. Lack of sauces available takes it down a notch.

Good place. Not great due to high prices of food for this area of the state, and they don’t have healthy choices ( no salad bar) other than fruit in the case. No gluten free options for the high prices. Other than that, recommend.

Great atmosphere, and served cafeteria style. Good menu variety, with mostly baked potatoes and toppings, sandwiches, and pasta salads/soup. Food tasted great, and one serving was filling, though I did try several different things. Clean, quiet with nice background music, and reasonably priced in the $5-$10 range.

An amazing local eatery with soups and sandwiches, that were very delicious. The salad bar was fresh and the Eli’s cheesecake was a pleasant surprise way out here in Dixon. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.
