The food at this restaurant was generally good, but there was some inconsistency. I ordered the same dish on two separate occasions, and the taste and portion size were significantly different each time. Both times, the meal was excellent, but the inconsistency was disappointing.

Lovely place, food was great. Slow service, slow kitchen, drinks were forgotten. However, food came out hot and delicious so I cannot argue with that. Great neighborhood gem.

I was so disappointed at this place. Service was meh at best– definitely on the slower side. The food was terrible. I ordered the chicken marsala and they put some tomato in the sauce, which was quite confusing to me. On the plus side, they do have generous portions.

Great food and great service! The food is always on point and the staff is extremely attentive and polite. Scott is always there to greet guests with a smile and exceptional customer service. He makes sure everyone is taken care of, and that everyone feels welcomed! He is great at providing insights on food and drink options. I highly recommend eating here!! The tortellini and tiramisu are my favorite!

Food was ok, nothing to get excited about. Atmosphere is ok, a little noisy and cafeteria like. Not a good place for a romantic dinner. Service was ok, they were working hard but seemed miserable. For the money, unfortunately would not recommend.

As a restaurant, Arrabiata’s feels like a second in-home dining room. You can always count on the atmosphere to be relaxed, the food to be plentiful, and as affordable as any Italian restaurant in the Cleveland area. Is the food gourmet? No. But that’s not what they’re going for. If you’re looking for a casual night out (or great veal), Arrabiata’s is the move.

My husband and I used this restaurant for a celebration. AMAZING is not enough to describe the service and the total experience here. Food is wonderful, staff is awesome, restaurant is nice and clean. Anna was fantastic! Tracy was also extra sweet whenever I called in to ask a question or modify the event. They even assisted with setting a few decorations. Thanks Arrabiata’s for making my daughter’s baptism event special!

Ate at the Bay Village location tonight. Had a nice table on the patio. We were served water, but then no one appeared for the next 10 minutes or more and we knew we were forgotten. My friend went inside to ask for a server. Kelly came over and apologized profusely and quickly took our order. She was so kind and took our order quickly and brought our salads and bread right away. She checked on us more than once and then brought us a complimentary dessert, saying that was the least they could do for us (especially since we were celebrating a birthday)! She showed true customer service and made up for the oversight completely!!! We will definitely return again – food was great!!
