This location is 50/50 sometimes you will get girls here that are very nice and give you the full amount of your $7 drink. And then you will get the girls who are decently nice but can’t give you the full amount of your drink because there’s too much foam in it…. It’s a little frustrating when a quarter of my drink doesn’t even exist before I even drink any of it.

I love the food and the friendly staff working here. However, it routinely takes 10-15 minutes in the morning to order and receive food. I have had more than one experience where, after staying in a line that was not moving for ten minutes, I had to pull out and leave. Please hire more staff in the morning. This morning I arrived at 7:20 and did not receive my order until 7:38. I would rather go here than Dunkin but the wait times are unacceptable.

Hazelnut FroJoe is outrageous. The girls that work there remember my order and are extremely friendly. Consistency is far better than Dunkin and the service is as well!

Love love love this place. The flavor options are fantastic in the drinks, and wait times have been quick each time Ive been through.. The Oxford Maine aroma joes has great customer service. Today specifically an amazing person served us: Addie helped me out with menu options making sure my food was totally safe (food allergies) it was so appreciated. They had a great attitude about it and was genuine and honest. Thank you so much Addie!

I have never been to an Aroma Joe’s coffee shop. My first experience was, I might not go again. This shop had multiple windows on either side of the building. I was on one side and another vehicle drove up on the other side after I did. Oh did I mention the attendant was on her phone looking up at me and then to her phone. This went on for awhile, then she said I’ll be with you in a bit. She went to the other window and basicly did the same thing. So to DD I went. I might try them somewhere else for the experience I guess. From what I am seeing lately from attendants, the phone first then the customer. Oxford Maine Aroma Joe’s not a consumer friendly shop.
