I wish I knew the young ladies name this morning July 1 working alone. She did not make me feel like a burden to her, she apologized for the wait, and just had some very wonderful customer service, with a professional Drive to make everyone’s order in a timely fashion. I was very impressed by her.

This is for the NH shops not the ME ones cuz Sanford have gotten a lot better and stay open until 9 pm now !! As you can see by the receipt it’s for Rochester NH ! Never stay open like they should and always close 15 / 20 minutes earlier then they are supposed to ! We got are coffee and they were only maybe 70 % filled what a wast of money ! Might be going back to Dunkin donuts they fill up all they way and they are open all night!! And have nicer employees ! To bad cuz I love there coffee most of the time !!

Love their coffee and they’re always nice! Be careful tho, there’s not much consistency between locations and even baristas, so you may get a different tasting drink every time.

Worst aroma joes in Sanford. Always a 10+ minute wait at least, half the time they mess up your drinks. Today we waited 30 minutes in line just to pull up and be told they’re cash only at the moment. Wish we would’ve known that 30 minutes ago instead of being stuck in the long line with a newborn! The cashier didn’t even seem to care one bit. Next time we will just drive to the other side of Sanford for that aromas because they always do a good job, they’re friendly and they’re actually fast.

I come here nearly every day & have never been disappointed. Coffee is always perfect, sandwiches are awesome as well. Their customer service is always excellent! They also always have treats & love to offer my pupper as well! Also, everyone is always wearing masks & being safe. Great job, y’all!

I would give this place 0 stars in I could. I was having an event at the local VFW for retired veterans and asked if any would like to place a coffee order. I had a total of 7 drinks and proceeded to go to Aroma Joe’s. I ordered and the first time the computer had a glitch so I reordered and moved to the second window. The next person tried to give me four drinks, I said some were missing she immediately had an attitude, long story short I was told that I didn’t order right, I was holding up the line (3 cars), and that I shoukd have known if my order was over 5 drinks that I needed to go inside.

Waited for 10 minutes. Only one car ahead of us, (they were having fun talking with the girls at the window), taking far too long for their 3 drinks. All I ordered were 2 drinks, what I got was a cup of pure milk and sugar with a “splash“ of coffee in it, and a green tea that was ok. Super fun! I’ll never go here again.

The staff here is friendly and prompt with orders. Food is fresh and tasty. Coffee is okay, but under par for an Aroma Joe’s. The reason for the 2 star is their espresso. It is the worst I have ever had. Always burned and even at times stale tasting. It makes drinks with espresso less good and i am an espresso fan. I know good espresso. This is not. Sadly. I will return for their treats, but i am all set at this location for coffee and espresso.
