First time I’d eaten Indian food since leaving the uk and moving to New York. I was abit dubious at first as coming from the uk I have always been spoilt for choice with lots of options and amazing India cuisine. This place did not disappoint. The service was a little slow, but the food made up for it. We don’t eat meat and they also had plenty of veggie options cooked and presented well. Would definitely visit again if were ever over this way again. @mrlouisdriver

Great food, but be mindful of overcharging.

We just had naan, and it was the BEST! It was filling, you could actually taste the cheese in the paneer naan, alu naan filled with potatoes, great garlic naan and more, this gives all the other Indian places in the Berkshires a run for their money.

This truly is one of the great finds of Great Barrington, The Berkshires, Massachusetts. Authentic, delicious, surprising. You must must visit. Try new items and dial up the spice.

The food is fresh and prepared for each order. if you want any kind of spice at all tell them you want it spicy not medium. Post Covid it’s a little dismal to walk up to an outside window and place an order to be told to wait 20 minutes for your order. They do not have any inside dining. Even though the food quality was decent it was not like it used to be. I think the atmosphere of the outside really made a difference in our perception of the quality of the food as well.

Delicious and reasonably priced food, and a lovely family running it! My only complaint is the removal of the tent

I literally high fived the hostess as sweat dripped down my forehead. The Naan was rolled and cooked to order. Vindaloo brings the heat it advertises in the menu. The Rogan Josh was heavenly!

I love Indian food, so I’ll get Aroma if my friends are going or if I’m pressed for time, but it wouldn’t be my first choice. The rice is not great, and the recipes generally taste and feel heavy and less dynamically spiced than what I’m used to.

Love this place. Amazing veggie options, and meat options (obviously). Everything is great – samosas, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chana saag, lamb rogan josh, anything paneer, chicken vindaloo, etc. Would 100% recommend.

A delightful surprise! The food here is honestly better than Indian food in big cities (like NYC). After eating here twice during a trip to GB we tried finding a comparable place in NYC but to no avail. It has to be one of the best Indian food my friends and I have tasted.
