Ordered food and when I asked for tea the cashier lady got kind of mad so I told her nevermind. Walked out to car and then back in to wait on food and the cashier was telling another customer “he need realize this ain’t Burger King” meaning it wasn’t gone be my way..m I don’t know what triggered her but needless to say I got a refund for my food too…if I could leave negative star that’s what I would have given them

People are friendly and meals are great. Especially the She Crab Soup. Good place to meet friends for a beer and most people know each other. You’re liable to find a college student, a first date couple, a December couple on a date, a biker or college professor.

Obstacle Insurmountable
Love the food and have no complaints about it. The problem comes from the manager taking any opportunity to preach his own beliefs about 5g, government tracking via debit cards, and other such topics. This really impacts the visit and environment of the restaurant.

The customer service was absolutely horrendous. The waitress was the rudest worker I have ever dealt with and this was one of the worst restraunt experiences I have ever had. When the waitress came to take our drink orders my brother said we were ready to order our food also. She threw a fit and said she only wanted to take drink orders and then mocked him. She then brought us coleslaw which was included with our orders but never brought our drinks. When she came to take up the dishes that the slaw was severed in, I handed my dish to her across the table and she yelled and me saying she was going to come around to the other side to get it. When she brought our meals out I told her I ordered a Dr pepper with my meal and she said she “forgot” about our drinks. I told her that was ok but I would wait for her to bring my drink before I eat my meal because it’s a choking hazard. She came back with a Dr pepper and said “here’s your drink so you don’t thirst to death!” My dad flipped out and told her we weren’t going to deal with her rude behavior and my family left without eating our meals. She stood at the window smiling and waving goodbye to us in a sociopathic way as we were leaving. This was my dad’s favorite burger joint and it’s a shame we were treated with such disrespect from the waitress and will probably never give them our business again. Just a very bad experience overall…

This place doesn’t know what to do after 7pm. I called them at 6:30, then 6:50, 7:00, 7:05. Still no pickup. I’m literally sitting outside the restaurant and seeing the phone ring. They walked right past it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It clearly says open till 8pm. But then another excuse was that they said they have huge orders yet there’s no tickets. What I believe is that there may be a problem in the kitchen or they’ve become too lazy.

Can’t beat the Fresh made full beef patties…and oh the fries hot and piled on…myself I had the hamburger steak while my better half had her cheese burger BLT…I can’t overlook the service…excellent…there keeping our drinks full … Have to say it makes me miss our old Arnold’s in Anderson…the way it use to be…

BEST HAMBURGERS AROUND. Do yourself a favor and run, don’t walk, and grab a burger here. The staff is friendly and while they do sometimes get busy, you can usually get your food pretty fast here. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so try to tamp down the cravings on those days. Make up for it the rest of the week!
