Terrible hoagie, won’t answer phone after they were late delivering. 1 hr 20 minutes instead of 35-45 minutes. Hoagie wasn’t even edible. Burnt but soggy.

Food was amazing! The employees were very helpful in answering our questions and suggesting items. We ended up getting a steak Stromboli and it was huge! So delicious. The employees were so fun to listen and talk to.

Order 2 Taco Salads with everything on 1-23-23. Came with almost nothing in it. Charged us 26,00 and gave no receipt. Never again. These people are thieves! Make a report to the BBB!

WORST COMPANY EVER! They have themselves listed as open on Grubhub and I just sat here for almost 2 hours before Grubhub figured out they were closed and then canceled my order. They also have hours listed till 11pm on days they close at 930pm then they laugh at you when you waste your gas to come give them your business but you can’t order because they are closed 1.5 hrs before their closing time on google. They RARELY answer the phone. They simply DO NOT CARE about their customers. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve given them 3 chances. They will NEVER get my business again.

Every time I go into to pick up my order it looks like everyone is doing something. No one is really sitting around and they do have fast good service. Now I don’t know that their delivery is like because I always do pick up.. But, I would think it would be ok. Have only tried their pizza though.

9 out of 10 times the phone is busy. When I travel down there to place a order in person I see the phone is intentionally off the hook because they can’t keep up with the demand. Food is good, but unless you plan on traveling there to place a order it’s impossible to get.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Maybe they should get people who have some kind of customer service skills and some manners. Give the customer their total order the first time they come to pick up. LEARN HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE!

I must admit that the food is good, but I had to stop going because none of the employees wear gloves and I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE WASH THEIR HANDS!!!!! What I have seen is cooks preparing orders and then go answer the phone to take orders, might I add with no gloves on and not even the trying to hide that they don’t practice hand washing.
