The food is good but not worth the rude girls that they have up front. If you are not Latino, they discriminate against you. They are very nice to my Dominican husband but very rude to me. If they want to do a better business, they should get nicer people working the counter.

Food is great but if you don’t speak Spanish they will ignore you. Today was the 3rd time, maybe 4th, I had to walk out of there after waiting and being skipped over repeatedly. Everyone that came in after me was served. The girls are rude, they give annoyed looks when you order in English and the customer service is horrible. I will never go there again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Arelis Restaurant!! It’s always one of my first recommendations in Camden, New Jersey to anyone who is looking to have a great Dominican / Spanish style dish! The food is always fresh, delicious, cooked just the way you ask for it, inexpensive, lots of choices, great service and atmosphere!! A definite must do if you want the good stuff!!! Great for dining alone, with family and friends!! Great for lunch and dinner!!

The food here is so VERY good!!! They do have a spot to dine in or take out. We usually do take out and the porations are beyond satisfying for a family of four, we definitely have leftovers for the next day, which reheat very well. Friday and weekends are very busy so plan to get there early, weekdays are a bit less busy.

The young ladies working the food line were not very welcoming not only to myself but to other customers. I waited for almost 30 min just trying to get a Spanish fritter that should only take less than 5min to check out. Food was very dry and not even worth the money spent. They really should rethink retraining their staff

Walked out of here on 4/15/23 and this is the third time. They are ignorant and rude with no professionalism. They skipped over us after we’ve clearly been waiting in line for 10 minutes. The people whose order they took weren’t even in line. I don’t know if it’s because we don’t speak Spanish but how do you skip over two whole people to speak to people that’s BEHIND them? Never again. We will be taking our business to old San Juan.

A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, BE CAREFUL, I HAD TO BRING BACK A SPOIL SALAD. THE TOMATOES AND LETTUCE WERE BAD, SO I LOST ABOUT 45 MINS FROM MY LUNCH TO BRING THE SALAD BACK AND THE CLERK INSTEAD OF BEING APOLOGETIC SHE DECIDED TO TAKE THIS TO A PERSONAL LEVEL. THE BEST WAY TO PENALIZE THIS BUSINESS IS TO NEVER RETURN BACK, BUT I WANTED YOU TO LET YOU KNOW CHECK YOUR SALADS OPEN THE CONTAINER AND SMELL IT AND SEE IF IT IS FRESH TO AVOID THE INCONVENIENCE I WENT THROUGH. THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IF YOU READ THIS BE ON THE LOOKOUT. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. THIS RESTAURANT FAIL BIG TIME.
