Pizza was ok. The sauce Is delicious, but I think the spices were overpowering. The service was good as well. I hate when they bring you the check before you even ask for it (they had just brought us dessert). Still, they were friendly and attentive. Overall, a good value.

We love Ardovino’s pizza and have always had the best experiences at the Redd and Resler location. This was our first time having lunch at the Substation location. Food was excellent, but the service was bad. Our waitress didn’t check on us and we kept having to ask other servers for things. The place wasn’t super busy and other servers were tending their tables, ours just wasn’t attentive this time.

Great pizza, a tad saltier than desired with the meat pizza. The raspberry tea was exceptional. Alcoholic beverage choices were prime. Service was great, the host was somewhat unprofessional but did maintain a positive attitude and did his job well. The appetizer came before the meal, which is a plus! Seeing how many places in El Paso forget that the appetizer comes before the main course, not during or after. This restaurant met dining etiquette standards. Overall, I was pleased to eat here.

The ambiance was super relaxed with a cozy environment. My server was kind, informative, and attentive. I did not have a wait time at all. It was a really great experience. The pizza is not the best I’ve ever had; however, it was tasty, and I like the thin n crispy style. Price was spot on for the food. I would visit again!

GREAT VALUE! You can get a small specialty pizza for $10. That’s an excellent deal. It’s not the best pizza around town, but for the best (by my standards) you’d have to pay double. Big menu that includes soups and sandwiches so there’s something for everyone. Mostly I was impressed with the extremely reasonable prices. Worth a go! Steady but not too busy on a weekend. Only a couple outdoor tables here if that’s what you’re looking for. They have a sliding window for pick up in your car which is handy if you’re getting to go.

I went for the first time recently and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The restaurant is clean, and interesting to look at. The staff is courteous, professional and smart. Every single party there today looked so comfortable and satisfied. The food…. DELICIOUS! The pizzas look expensive but theyre not! I absolutely recommend giving this place in particular a chance. There are enough options to choose from, but the pizza is a must try, even if you share it along with your other choice of meal.

The pizzas here are extremely good! I recommend the margarita pizza and the Green Chile & ricotta pizza. They also have a variety of wines and beers. Service here is friendly and fast. I definitely recommend dropping by for dinner.

If you’re looking for a place to go with family go somewhere else. Our family waited an hour and half while hostesses and waiters walked past us and didn’t even acknowledged us. We ended up splitting our family and sitting across in different areas of the restaurant. After speaking to the manager, she informed us that everyone was new and were not trained to manage a busy restaurant. They were all new and was understaffed. All of this while being rude as if it was our fault we were waiting for an hour and a half. I would advise you to look for a different location if you’re looking to have a nice family dinner.

Pizza and food is always great. Lately the service has really been bad. We had to get up and go look for a waitress to give a drink order. Then they looked annoyed that we wanted to order. Not sure what to do. Great food. Horrible service.
