As we were attempting to find the kids menu, which was microscopic, I listened to one employee completely moc a patron in the drive through. They appeared to ask if the ice-cream machine was working and his response to his fellow co-workers was, “It’s working unless it’s being cleaned. I mean, come on, do we look like freaking McDonald’s?!” After realizing we were standing at the counter his attitude barely changed. We are a family of 6 and spent almost $80 on 4 kids meals, 2 adult meals and 4 small shakes. After repeating our order and correcting the cashier multiple times, it was still wrong once received. Granted the kids loved the fact that we were the only diner’s at 6:30 pm. I can see why, if the staff is so “friendly”.

I was a bit of a jerk and ended up going to this restaurant about 15 minutes before they closed. I felt bad but it was what I was craving. The staff we extremely helpful and kind even at the late hour. They offered me a courtesy ice cream cone while I waited for my food and were very quick. I would definitely go there again!

They don’t listen to or respect you. When ordering, I made sure to add cheesecake. Then when they repeated the order I made sure my shake had cheesecake. After paying, I received the shake. It appeared not to have cheesecake so I asked if it did and they told me yes. It did not. This experience has shown me that the only thing Arctic Circle can provide me is disappointment. I will not be returning.

I’ve been to this particular Arctic Circle twice fairly recently. It’s clean, it’s in good repair, and the food is decent, though it is what it is: fast food. The ice cream is slightly above average. I do struggle with the price point of this (and most other fast food joints) in the last few years… I do understand it has gotten more expensive for restaurants, but it does seem like a bit more of an increase than it should be, at least to keep it affordable as more than a very occasional splurge for many people. Overall though, this Artic Circle did good!

Great shakes. Not sure about the service. There’s always employees standing around and it seams like we wait longer while they talk. The shakes are yummy but aren’t always mixed to the bottom but so good regardless.

This is a blast from the past if you grew up in Utah. We used to go to the one on Orchard in Bountiful quite a bit when we were skipping class. It’s definitely nostalgic, but the food isn’t quite as good as I remember and it’s a lot more expensive these days. That all said, it’s a fun spot to grab a bite now and then.
