Went in and ordered our food. Took some time to get it. The food was good, but just as we got our food 1 of the employees came up to our table and said “just so you know our lobby is closed and we need to leave.” My question was why didn’t they tell us this as we ordered our food, when they ask to stay or go. We would have ordered it To go. So we had to pick up our food that we had just started eating and leave. With 4 kids this was not a fun time.

Actually went through the drive up and purchased their Shrimp and Halibut basket, was very good. Also a shake, Reeses Peanut butter cup, way sweet. I quit sugar a bit back and I bent my diet a bit.

Wonderful service– every time. I feel happy interacting with the staff. They are so polite and friendly. The food’s perfectly fried– just the right level of crispness. Taste-wise: a little too oily, a little too salty, a little too sweet but that’s fast food. A special treat. Happy food. I like that it’s a local company. There are other Arctic Circle’s I’d avoid, but this one is golden.

We drove by to get take out through the drive-thru my wife and I had an issue being that the employee taking the order was not listening well and messing up our order when we finally came up to the window she gave us lip; Sarah the assistant manager intervened so professionally with care and grace and help resolve the issue even offering because of our inconvenience for the meal to be free my wife’s mail is free I decided to pay for my order. Kudos to Sarah and the other staff! Thank you.

This review is mostly for ice cream. I love Arctic Circle’s ice cream. I don’t know what’s different about it, but it’s my favorite. I love a chocolate-dipped (brown topper) twist cone, and nobody does it like AC. They’ve also got great shakes, lots of mix-ins, and it’s still affordable. The sizes aren’t ludicrous like a Sonic or an Iceberg, either, so it doesn’t leave you feeling like garbage.
