Absolute s**t show…nobody in lobby and took 5 minutes for someone to take order, then took 55 minutes for food! Staff had zero care. Go ANYWHERE else and you’ll be thankful you did. Went to counter and couldn’t believe the times on the screens! Wait times are red in the photos. Unbelievable!

Cashier in drive thru took my card inside and did not give it back for a good couple of minutes, ended up being charged twice. Called to get a refund and they let me know that I needed to bring in a finalized bank statement. Another winning point was that the cheese curds tasted like they were fried in the same oil as the fish.

I give a two for the huckleberry limeade was good and staff was nice. But, both hamburgers sucked and kinda cold. Fries pretty good. Will not eat there again not worth the money at all. I’d rather eat a McDonald’s, LoL . But,no joke aside I’d eat McDonald’s or burger king. Never again here

It’s gone down in quality of service since I last went three years ago. While the food came out fresh, they need at least two others up front. There were only two people covering the drive thru and front. 6 orders for drive through. All waiting. High wait times for those people. The lady who took our orders was nice but then forgot the ice creams. When we went to go get them, it took ten minutes. I recall speaking to who I assume is the manager on the phone before going in because I wasn’t sure if the lobby was open. Didn’t see them so I imagine they sat in the office and didn’t help out. Some of the tables were dirty. I feel bad for the people that came in as we tried to get our ice creams. They weren’t even greeted or told, “We’ll be right with you.”

The hamburger(s) was under done and cold, way to much sauce and generally just nasty… Fries are okay, best part of the meal was the Pepsi. Had to run my daughter in for emergency bathroom visit. Had I seen the inside of the restaurant prior to ordering we would have skipped it all together. Way to spendy for nasty food. The only food worthy of eating from this establishment is the ice cream. I’ll never order any else but ice cream. Gross gross gross.

I had fish and shrimp today from this Artic Circle! The ladies at the drive through gave great customer service and the fish and shrimp were outstanding! I would recommend their fish over any fish restaurant! I grew up near the Oregon Coast and the fish I had today at AC was positively of higher quality and taste! Thanks Ladies!!!

The food was ok. The shakes are pretty good. But the service was bad. When we got there, it was around 6p. ALL of the counter and behind the counter people were outside smoking. Wait. All but 1. He was in the drive thru working. All the Girls come in. Not one washes their hands after being outside (gross) and just starts working. Every table from the play area to the restaurant was gross and sticky. The floor hadnt been swept or moped in a long time either. Took them 25 mins to get our food out And almost 35 mins to get our shakes. The Girl at the register did apologize for the time and give us free shake passes for our next visit, which will not be used.

Staff was standing around talking while there were tables that needed wiping down, food on the floors and ants in the children’s play area. This was my second time taking two young kids here, but never again. Cashier was grumpy and abrupt while taking our orders. To the young lady that made the ice cream treats for my kiddos, you did an amazing job and were so sweet with them thank you.

Of all the local Arctic Circles, this store is the best. There is an older lady that manages the store and she is a joy to see. She treats my family like royalty when we drive through. I wish I knew her name. She’s a real asset to the company. When I’ve ordered something that could be had at a less expensive price, she always suggests the lower price version of my order. That’s customer service going above and beyond. If you’re looking for good food and service, check out this store. It’s worth the trip.
