Bought a 9$ ranch burger meal and got to work and the burger looked like it had been sitting under lamps or something. The cheese was dark and greasy. I’ve always gotten good food at this location. Time was about 2:40 pm 8/10/2021. The fries were fresh.

Never had an issue here besides one time when I ordered a pumpkin cheesecake shake and got chocolate chips instead. Not going to take a star off for that however because we all make mistakes and I’m sure if I had asked that they would have remade it for me but I was in a hurry.

I love their food and the service is generally good. However, when I tried to use coupons that had no expiration date or anything like that, they said the coupons could only be used in November. I think it’s in bad form to not allow use of a coupon when there is no date on said coupon.

I really like Arctic Circle and I think it’s better than most fast food places. If I’m going to eat fast food it’s my first choice. I really like their fry sauce and now they have a Chipotle fry sauce that is out of this world. My only real complaint is their sidewalk was very icy I almost slipped and fell and when I mentioned it to an employee all she could say was yeah we’re out of salt. Maybe they’ll buy more salt when they get a lawsuit
