Food was good. Workers were friendly. Small cozy space. I gave 4 starts because I didn’t expect to eat off styrofoam plates with plastic forks. For the price of their food, I would have expected real plates and forks. I suppose having real plates and forks would require another worker? Or more work on the two workers there.

I had the meat trio plate. My pork ribs were good, and my shredded chicken was moist and tender, but my pulled pork was under-seasoned and a bit dry. The sweet potato chips were so small you could eat them with a spoon like cereal. I wanted to try their brisket, but it’s only available on Fridays and Saturdays. I enjoyed the variety of BBQ sauces they had out at my table. I asked if they had sweet potato fries or fried okra, but they don’t have fryers at this location, yet.

Place is cute, people are nice, food is not good. I got chicken with macaroni and greens to go. The chicken was rubbery, and sides were flavorless. I got the Carolina sauce and it was spicy and runny. I really wanted it to be good so we’d have more local bbq places but I ended up giving my $20 meal to my dogs.

This was by far the best BBQ place we’ve ever been to! The pulled pork was sooo tender, the ribs were perfectly seasoned and smoked. And the loaded potato salad was AMAZING! I didn’t get the older gentleman’s name but he came outside asked how it was and my husband even learned a little something about smoking meats ☺️

The food was very good. We got the chicken and the ribs. There are lots of sauce options for your barbecue. The polite service was top notch, both of the guys helping us were absolutely wonderful! It had a small home feel which we loved. They offer military discounts.

Best BBQ around. I have eaten at Archers BBQ about 8 times and it has hit the spot every single time. Their food is always delicious and fresh and the employees are always so nice and helpful. Wanted to give ribs another chance today as I usually don’t like ribs. They did not disappoint, so yummy. Got their smoked chicken salad and it was the best chicken salad I have ever had. Highly recommend getting the jalapeno pimento cheese on your sandwich. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

Excellent BBQ and fantastic personable service set in a quaint Cabin. It’s very cozy. My husband had the Brisket sandwich and collards and said it was very soft and the collards were great. I had a mixed meat platter. Everything was perfect. We also liked the Cole slaw and Mac n cheese. Best BBQ we have had here. We’ll definitely be back!

We recently visited Archers BBQ on a trip to TN from NJ and man oh man was that the best smoked brisket ever. So good we ordered another plate! The ribs were crazy good as well! And the BBQ sauces were fantastic! I highly recommend the smoked chicken salad as well! The staff was amazing and friendly and it was nice chatting with them. We will definitely be back and tell everyone about this amazing place. (Way better then the place next door with the tour bus).
