This place gives everything I would expect from a fast food location. They’re quick but not pushy, kind and there to serve. The gentleman that put our order together in the kitchen even came up and greeted us when our order was ready and gave us plenty, I mean plenty, of sauces to go with it. His big smile and going the extra mile made me and my daughter very happy with our experience and we took it home and enjoyed some delicious food.

Sadly, when Julie is running the show. It’s more like a clown show, the orders are wrong, or incomplete. And she clearly doesn’t give a —- They might as well close the doors. She lacks what it takes to be a Team Leader. And she’s bringing down. What would otherwise be Gold star employees. Julie’s unacceptable behavior has been going far too long. The lack of accountability is disturbing. I’ve to management’s attention. I humble suggest she be dismissed!!

I had the sweet heat chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was luke warm and the chicken patty looked/tasted like it had been setting out for some time. The loaded fries were similar. Not hot and fresh at all.

It was good, clean, and nice staff. My daughter and I were the only one’s there but yet it took over 30 minutes to get are food so that was a little crazy but at least the food was really hot once we got.

Arby’s is a regular travel stop or quick meal for me. Great variety, from Gyros to sandwiches and the occasional special request like well-done fries with no salt or hold the onion. Prices are surprisingly good if you’re into the value options.

This Arby’s may be the worst I’ve ever encountered. On three separate occasions, they have been out of roast beef (at Arby’s!?). Tonight, they were horribly rude and rejected our order simply because we were trying to use coupons (not expired or anything out of the ordinary). We were told that they wouldn’t take a coupon for a regular $2 milkshake unless we purchased “a meal or something” (direct quote). We offered to buy several roast beef sandwiches and were cut off while ordering and told they wouldn’t accept a different coupon. Atrocious customer service, but at least the other Arby’s on Columbia Center is excellent.

update today they decide to close their lobby even though they have posted hours it’s open there’s no sign on the door. Then you get into the drive-thru and they make each individual order as you show up that means you’re sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 plus minutes.For being a fast food place the evening gals do not put a lot of effort in making a meal. Bathrooms are very clean!
