I’m so excited to share how ridiculously happy this specific restaurant makes me! The customer service is Phenomenal for a fast food joint & the food….Well it’s never, Ever been disappointing! The environment is clean, comfortable and even cozy. The freshness factor is out of this world and the food really is quite delicious, along with very nice sized servings for a hungry human – The new Greek Gyros are outstanding!

We tried to get dinner around 855pm this evening as arbys is one of our favorite spots. After trying to order and seeing multiple cars in the parking lot we pulled up to the window seeing the establishment does not close until 10-1030 pm. Employee with dark black hair was filling napkins and completely ignored us even after looking our way and walking up to the window not once but 3 times. We tried getting her attention multiple times with no answer or acknowledgement. Would have been nice to even get a commom curiosity to be told the establishment was closed if that was the case. Being an assistant manager I know this is completely unacceptable behavior from an employee. I have never had this happen to me at a food establishment. Very very unprofessional.

Great roast beef as always! Bonus they have Excellent cream cheese jalapeno poppers & put lots of real & large pieces of bacon on their loaded fries! I will be back for everything very soon especially those jalapeno poppers!! Delish! Need to listen to what customers order though & for having no customers in the dining room or drive thru I was totally surprised that none of the tables were wiped off…
