The lady who took my order from the drive-through lane was rude and short with me. I was the only customer in line, and the restaurant was empty. She was rushing me to decide what to order. I don’t eat much fast food but I do like their brisket sandwich. I did enjoy the sandwich. The orange shake was good, too.

Awful chicken wrap, dry, crust falling off chicken nuggets. not enough filling for that dried out tortilla. The cheese was crumley like plastic. Very dissapointed. Would not recommend.

Restaurant was short staffed. I went through Drive thru. I think only 2 people were working. So they were busy. Yet friendly, but you could see they were stressed. Anyway, I did not receive my fries. Of course I wasn’t going to wait 10 more minutes to go back through the line.

Everytime we visit this store on Maiers Rd in Moses Lake there is something wrong. This time was my last time, I will drive across town from now on. They always forget something. This time the order was completely wrong and the customer behind me in drive thru also came in for the same reason, I believe I received part of her order. 2 out of the 5 employees up front were working while the others were standing around. I am very unsatisfied with this store.

The inside was extremely dirty. A couple asked for a table to be cleaned because they were all dirty and nobody but them and I in the dining room. The server washed their table only and then went back to the kitchen. The floors are filthy. Theres no working condiments except Arby’s sauce. Some of the sodas were out as well.
