I’ve always for the most part had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. Today was no different. Miscommunication with the order placed in store but the manager and the staff corrected it quickly even during a madhouse rush at lunch. Very appreciated. It’s all because there were three different descriptions of chicken sandwiches on one coupon. Maybe they can fix that with separate coupons for their different sandwiches. But I so appreciate them always taking more than one coupon at a time and always providing fresh food. If it weren’t for coupons, I probably would not purchase at Arby’s much as it is a little costly. But still one of the only fast food restaurants I’ll ever eat from.

I don’t even think it deserves a star, one of the many workers in the back said “I didn’t even see all of you out there” (there were 8 of us waiting to order) the lunch crew had an attitude, we’re rude and disrespectful while people ordered. Instead of answering where sauce packets were to another customer she gave a irritated look and sarcastically motioned to a tray of sauce packets at the end of the desk.

Employees are nice, and I love their mozzarella sticks. Everything is the priciest than every other fast food, followed by Burger King. I can tell they have only two people working there every night so the line would be slow. Please offer higher wages so more people would want to work.
