The girl in the drive thru that took my order was very nice. Accommodating to my toddler because she was not having a good time and she heard it through her headset. Then trying my second attempt to order a red dodge w/ a diesel engine pulled in right behind me. I was thinking, “okay I just need to head home”, she wanted me to pull up to the window. She took my order there and was just really nice to talk with.

They are usually very fast, but today were experiencing staffing issues. They were very nice about it and apologetic, but it did take a very long time. Folks inside are working very hard so I’ll still leave them five stars. Just know that it might not be fast.

This location usually does really good. Expect last week and this week my boyfriend and I grab two 2 for 6 sammiches, the chicken cheddar ranch ones to be exact, the last 2 time in two weeks, whoever new is making them keeps forgetting the cheddar on the sammiches titled chicken CHEDDAR ranch. Being a chef for 17+ years myself idk how it can be hard to remember the chz when it’s on the titled sammich and written on ticket.. Super disappointing. Called 3 times to say something and nobody answers phone neither. So here I am leaving poor review. Heads up, Make sure u check ur food before u pull out.

This location is usually pretty good. Once the manager told me I couldn’t modify a sandwich, if I use a coupon to purchase it, but I think he realized that was ridiculous, so I haven’t had that issue since.

‘Atmosphere’ LOL, it’s a fast food place. 4 stars for being tidy, I guess? Tried the Americana and it was a good sandwich. I’m normally a beef and cheddar guy who goes to Arby’s occasionally for the jamocha milkshake. Wife had the Creamsicle shake and it wasn’t bad

It’s a great place great food. Love Arby’s I just have one complaint when I order a large and you give me a small and when I ordered a drink I never got it and was charged for the fountain drink and a meal I didn’t want two drink I never did get my other drink. But oh well it’s still great food and great place very clean and great staff.

The lady who was working the window today deserves a raise. They missed a sandwich (I ordered a LOT), and she came running out with it as we started to leave. The food is always pretty good, and the service is really good. They were short-handed today, only two people in the store, and they still got us through quickly. I will say, I do miss the pepperoni and turkey sliders for the kids, though.

Lobby closed, with a day care inside..Loose toddler running around..Couldn’t get help from employees! Out of roast beef..total “S Show”. Run really poorly..never going back to this location. Complete fail. Long wait in drive-thru also. Boo.
