I woke up to a msg from owner to provide more info on my 2 star.. you see my phone was pocket calling and texting my entire şhift i Am correcting this review from a 2 to 5 for this is my and my Buddy Jose’s new go to place for lunch at 10 PM and we also discovered the orange cream shake , very addicting! Customer service and the employees are exactly like McDonald’s very nice and they all have smiles on their faces, Arby’s is not too expensive but can be pricey, I would rather pay more or pay for expensive food rather than have raw or missing food like jack in the box and Wendy’s does to their customers. Great food and atmosphere!!! The remodel looks amazing as well. Keep it up with great employees and atmosphere

The lady that took my order was so rude and she could barely speak English it was so hard to understand her she kept taking the order and she kept saying the wrong things and we kept telling her over and over again then we got to the window we were like” hey what kind of pressed for time” she got really rude and she was like you can leave! Very clean seating area. Staff was excellent! Only issue was a very belligerent homeless man sleeping in a booth slobbering all over the table. Management took care of it promptly. Food was very good.

The service was mediocre. The sandwich had most of the meat on one side, which made utilizing the sauce a bit tricky. Also, the fries were super stale. Arby’s was a staple in my childhood, so I was really disappointed. Thankfully the sauce packet didn’t disappoint.
