It’s good, but not perfect. Costs way too much for what it is. Papa and I both ordered curly fries with our meals. I def got the bottom of the barrel. One actual “curly” fry. The rest were 1″ or less pieces.

Went in today for 3 regular roast beef sandwiches to bring home to have over the next couple of days. Manager refused to give me more than 3 packets of Horsey and Arby’s sauce, even after I offered to pay for them. I was polite, in good cheer, and clean and neatly dressed. Was just about to insert my debit card when he decided to dictate to me how much sauce he would make available for my sandwiches. Left without my meals and won’t be back anytime soon.

I am a local customer and have been disappointed multiple times at this location due to early closing times. The hours posted online and on their doors are NOT true to the times the dining room is open. I have personally witnessed on multiple occasions them closing early and where only the drive thru is open. This makes for a long line in drive thru, longer wait for food and unhappy customers having to resort to other options. Do better or change your hours!

Have had multiple issues here with missing items and bad service. Complaint feedback is not responded to. When placing app orders, they have charged multiple charges for single orders and haven’t assisted with refunds when tickets are filed in the app. One visit we placed an app order that charged twice to our card and the location refused to give us the order. They said it hadn’t come through on their end. Showing them the order and charges to the card would not get them to fill the order. The person who identified themselves as the manager laughed at my moms frustration. That same visit we had another family member place an order for us to pick up. When we went through they said they didn’t have the item. The order was marked as filled in their system and charged us but they never gave us the food and we had to file a dispute with the card company to get the refund. On another visit we placed an app order and arrived at the empty drive through at 743pm they refused to give our order because the order time said it would be ready at 745pm. They forced us to park in the parking lot and would not give the order to us or let us wait in the empty drive through line. After we drove back around at 745 they filled the order but the items inside were not even warm (the cold mozzarella sticks were horrible with the cheese insjde not even slightly melted). This place seems to take joy in causing problems and not fixing them. Unfortunately, they’re the only Arby’s location nearby. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone I know, even those who might deserve this experience. The location has remained this way for well over 6 months, change does not look possible here.

This place is by far the worst work environment that I have seen in 20 years. We all go through this heat together and it’s cut on to 120° so tell me why when you walk into this restaurant it is 92°F in the Lobby. I asked the manager if she can turn off the heater? She replied with a smirk and said the heater is not on. The AC is on already, but it is going to be fixed. I did ask her if there’s anyway we can open up some windows in order to bring in the draft of air and she laughed and said to go sit down and eat my meal you should be done Soon !. I am 68 years old currently going through strengthening my knees, and on every Saturday my daughter brings me here to get out of the house. I don’t like how the management runs this place. It’s to the point that I don’t know who else to call because the district management doesn’t even return the phone call.
