Was excited to seeArby’s, havent been there in a long time, Should have kept going. Food tasted like over cooked dry tv dinner. Staff needs to understand they aren’t the only people that can speak Spanish and keep even the Spanish conversation more professional thank asking co workers to pop his pimple.

Though the staff was busy cleaning and preparing orders, I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (standing at the counter, waiting for a pickup order). I understood they were busy, and though I am not there frequently, at least acknowledge that someone is obviously waiting for assistance.

Staff is never friendly. And for the price of food you’d think it would be better quality. Ordered a beef and cheddar with the smallest amount of cheese I have ever seen they might as well of just forgotten to put it on at all.

This location was recently remodeled and updated. Service continues to be just mediocre. Employees are competent, just don’t appear to be happy. Service was a little slow.

This was the worst roast beef sandwiches and Fries I ever had. Meat was dry and rubbery, like it was old. The Fries were burnt and hard. I threw it all away after 1 bite. Never here again.

I am a customer service manager my self, and to say the least there was no customer service at this place. incredibly rude. charged me for things that I didn’t order and it not like they got an order mixed up I was the only one there. I asked for refund and they said that they wouldn’t. Overall a very horrible experience no wonder nobody else was there.

Excellent lunch, the sandwiches are delicious and the service has improved greatly. The manager was there and was very attentive and did a excellent job. The place was very clean and we got our food fast and it was delicious delicious. However they have managing Is there is doing a good job. Every time we go in it’s clean and well cared for it and employees are wonderful.

Me and my fiance were passing through coming from Albuquerque to Lubbock and found this Arby’s to eat for fast food as the customer service was very great they greeted us when they came in what set it off the top was my fiance was going to order something but she was feeling under the weather and the cashier offered to pay for a sprite as i was already ordering one but just the gesture was nice
