A little disappointed in the sandwich ordered spicy beef-not spicy very few jalapenos. Also ordered 2 french dip was given one side of aju also paid extra for more meat on one and looking at the two French dips they have the same amount of meat. Will be a while before I go back.

Everything was cold as soon as I received it. Just left drive thru but immediately stuck my hand in the bag for a french fry & ended up touching all only to discover it was ice cold when everything ordered was supp’d to be hot.

Cashier at front named Brooklyn had the best customer service ever. Would go back just for her. Fresh fries and great meats. Gave me big large sandwich with a bunch of meat. She deserves a raise. Yummy yummy half pound.

Paid for ranch, which I think is ridiculous if your buying fries or onion rings (1) cup, don’t use ketchup, but they always throw 4 packets in any ways. So you pay for it thru drive thru get home and there’s no RANCH, lots of ketchup.

I understand this location opened late may 2022. Today is Aug 6, 2022. I can already see it will lose business with the drive thru girl. I asked for a large sandwich. The girl rudely said they don’t have large. I asked what would be considered large? She rudely responded, “IT DEPENDS WHAT YOU MEAN BY LARGE”. I backed off and left. I called the manager whom defended her saying they don’t have large size sandwiches. I quickly stopped him and said she should have EXPLAINED the differences. I also told him I know he won’t do anything about this.
