We’ve been here before and service was great. This time just trying to get an order from the car, through the speaker, to the headset of the young employee taking our order. It was as if every other phrase out of her microphone was, “I’m sorry, what?” I chalked it up to the restaurant needing a better headset for the employees. 10 minutes later, having my order read back to me, I’m told that a French dip and Swiss ordered, was now a Chicken Bacon Swiss, the only thing in common was the Swiss. I said I was pulling up to the window. Another young employee confirmed the order, he changed the chicken sandwich to the French dip, great, job well done. Then I was handed a drink carrier with 2 drinks, I ordered 4, and when the window employee went to hand me my 4 drinks he told me the one who took my order mistakenly gave us the wrong 2 drinks. Maybe I’m being too hard, but it’s Arby’s, fast food. A little bit of better service would be appreciated.

Sooooo disappointed. Roast beef on sandwich was cold and in a clump between the buns. Roast beef clearly had been pre-sliced and measured out in round shaped portions early this morning and then sitting until an order came through. This is NOT a freshly sliced roast beef clump. Bun is cold and stale tasting. Good grief. These sandwiches are enough money to get a fresh sliced portion at the time of ordering. We won’t be back. The manager is the one who served us. So sad.

Spent almost $90 on a ridiculous Arby’s order and didn’t receive almost half the order .. food was cold and ridiculous what wasn’t missing..I .asked for all the sauces didn’t get one package of anything.. First and last time at this location that’s for sure. Nobody checks the order or what they are bagging.. complete laziness. Extremely upsetting when I spend that kind of money on fast food. And you call no one cares or apologizes

We’ve been here now twice in about a week and a half. We hadn’t had Arby’s in SO long (YEARS AND YEARS) but had a craving for it a week or so ago around lunch time and wanted to see what it’s like now. The first experience was great— food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I was a little surprised by the flavor change of the roast beef & cheddar sandwich now having their red ranch, which I can’t find anywhere online to see what they used to use, or maybe it’s been so long that I don’t remember the sauce right. Either way, it was SO good. We also got jalapeño poppers, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks, which all were fantastic and clearly fresh out of the fryer HOT. Side note: the jalapeño poppers are great with their Bronco sauce.

Took 1 bite of the burger and realized it was burnt. The wagu burger I was so anxiously awaiting to try fell very short. The 2nd burger was really undercooked but not burnt. Staff were young ladies and the 2 I dealt with seemed very inexperienced. Perhaps they were newer employees and would improve with more training and experience. They were very friendly but giggling so much they couldn’t really focus on the job at hand. Was handed my order and before I could even drive away same girl who handed me my order opened the window again and said thats $10.69. Then she realized she had just gave me my order. 2 wagu burgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of poppers almost $27.00 fell really short.

Food was good. Waited about 25 min for my food. No biggie, I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich, which I’ve been craving for quite some time. When I got home they made it with Dijon mustard and regular mayo. It wasn’t bad. Just asking to be a little more careful when making sandwiches cause now I need to get another turkey bacon ranch sandwich soon. . Staff is friendly.

Shiny new store. It’s Arby’s, but it’s consistently pretty good. Our order was accurate ant prompt, I was able to see the steam coming off my wife’s chicken sandwich! Great work this was the best experience at a fast food chain here in surprise in the last 6 months. Keep it up and we’ll be back. Thanks

So clean and new. Last week I got 2 chicken salad. They were super. Just like when they started years ago. This morning I went for 2 more of these special sandwiches. Disappointed! Too many apples, two grapes, the chunks were way too big. And the bread was too hard. I don’t think they knew how to make the recipe. I will have to find a different place.

Parking is ridiculous here. Came in at 11:30 to see 5 staff standing by registers and not one of them greeted us or asked to take our order . We placed a take out order after repeating myself several times to the cashier . She had no personality and never thanked us after we ordered . I asked for Arby’s sauce 3 times . The manager handed us our sack , didn’t ask about sauces , I was stupid and didn’t check and we didn’t get one packet! My husband’s bun was so dry it crumbled into pieces when he bit into his sandwich. Overall a not so great lunch . We won’t go back to this location. .
