We used to love getting Arby’s – even late at night. But the past few times have been less than ideal. The chicken tenders weren’t much bigger than chicken nuggets, and they were cold and more like leather. The jalapeno bites were nice and fresh. The beef and cheddar was fresh and tasty. But the crinkle cut fries were also old and cold and tasted like they had been sitting for quite a while. Service was adequate – friendly but not excellent, as we have experienced in the past.

It’s OK. Weird layout at this location. I had their rib sandwich, the one they were ribbing the McRib about. It was a solid five stars by itself. I still haven’t forgiven them for discontinuing the potato cakes though.

Pretty bad here guys, not that I would expect any fast food restaurants to be a 5 star experience, but the nuggets were old and stale and the sandwich maker obviously hates their job..

I went to Arby’s today. They talked me into getting for sandwiches. Tell me it was real good deal you know why it’s a real good deal because they burn the Arby’s roast beef sandwiches so when I get home I tried to call him they wouldn’t even answer the telephone because they knew that to me. I paid $11 how much is $12 for their sandwiches that were burnt

Thanks for sending out coupons. It makes it easier for a tight budget. Is it possible to get a roast beef and Swiss in a regular size sandwich with the jalapenos on it like the slider, for the menu. That made it awesome.

Arby’s great roast beef I always buy I always buy double meat roast beef sandwich this time I tried their new prime rib sandwich it was great only thing is help is rough took a little while to get it out food to drive window about 15 minutes unusual wait time prime rib sandwich was great thank Jeff

They weren’t busy at all, the lady taking my order sounded annoyed and then they got my order wrong and sadly I can’t just go take it back because I left work to get lunch and by the time I got back to work is hen I realized they messed up.
