Good and cheap, I recommend going in to get your food or staying to eat it there. Whatever you do, dont Doordash it. They ALWAYS mess it up. And never send half the order. I’ve door dashed it at least 10 times, and they have messed up every single time..no even exaggerating either! I always thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, but not anymore. Haha that’s why I only have 4 stars

This is the best Arby’s around by far. They are SO quick. And the food always comes out piping hot and fresh. The employees are very friendly as well. It’s hard to come by good service now a day, so I appreciate this from Payson Arby’s. Good job guys!

Avoid this location. I was told at this location that they no longer do happy hour discounts, but other locations still do it just not this one. They also told me that they redid all their sizes and no longer offer shakes a snack or small sizes and you have to buy a medium or large. They basically are trying to remove every way for you to save any money.

I ran in real quickly to the attached mini Mart but Arby’s ended up being much more appealing than anything in the store so I went with the classic roast beef sandwich and an apple turnover and didn’t go wrong. The sandwich was warm, tasted great especially with Arby’s sauce, it looked appealing and the staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, this Arby’s was clean, the employees seemed like they knew what was going on and they appeared clean and we’ll groomed. I give them an A.

Went inside the stoor to order dine-in. Several employees were being very loud and disrespecful to the customers inside. As well as I found a few pieces of plastic in my burger. this is the 2nd time I’ve been to this restaurant and had a negative outcome. 1st time a few hours after eating a chicken sandwhich I got food poisoning and was sick for the rest of the day. Definitely will never be eating Arby’s ever again.

Very dirty dining area when we arrived but while we ate, they came out and cleaned it up without us saying a thing. They must have had a rush before we arrived. Friendly service

The staff is friendly enough, but they just don’t listen. They are more concerned with the social aspect of their job than actually doing it. They got 2 meals in our order wrong and put it on a tray instead of to-go, even though we specified to-go. And the restaurant was out of fries…how does that happen on a Sunday in Utah? The place was dead. Very disappointed in this Arby’s location.

This place is subpar at best. They are out of just about everything, including curly fries, fish, and coke. They no longer serve ham, and two other people had problems with their order while we were waiting. However the staff was kind and patient.
