I just went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order was very nice! As I’m sitting at the window waiting for my food the guy who took my order walked away and one of the guys from the kitchen walks over and opened the drive thru window and proceeded to throw a 10lb chunk/slab of burning hot roast beef through my car window and right onto my lap and then walk away. I sat there for a second trying to process what just happened then it started burning me so I picked it up and set it on my center console. Then the guy who took my order came back to the window and asked if I was ok and was apologizing profusely, then the guy who tossed the roast beef at me came back and threw something at the guy who took my order and it hit him right in the chest! Me and the guy who took my order just looked at each other in disbelief and were both very confused at what just happened and why that kid was so mad. Needless to say, that was the worst most odd experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive in! I hope the guy who went on the food throwing rampage gets some serious help! I posted a picture of the situation in the photo section for anyone who doesn’t believe it haha I wouldn’t believe it myself if I didn’t go through it!

They’re are always so polite and nice. Our food is almost always perfect. And when a couple times it wasn’t… We came in the next day and were immediately taken care of sincerely. The ladies there are the best!

Why does the fish look like they just took old fish and put it in the fryer again.. it tasted so horrible I couldn’t finish. I am never ordering the fish again was hoping for a better first time experience but the disgusting food put me off. The tomatoes and lettus also looked way past shelf life way to much mayo as well. Arby’s is better than this and I hope they take food seriously next time we want to do a office order

Amazingly, their lamb gyros taste even better than the Greek place. The staff at this location is consistently the friendliest of any fast food place I have visited. The food doesn’t take that long in the Drive-Thru, and the dining room is sometimes open, despite apparently being plagued by the same shortage of workers other restaurants are experiencing.

What can I say, it’s Arby’s! You get what you expect. Fast, consistent food. The roast beef and Arby’s sauce continues to deliver but the curly fries aren’t what they used to be. Too crispy and over cooked. Not worth the calories + heartburn. Get a jamocha shake instead.
