Roast Beef was luke warm, fries great they were fresh, no air conditioning if your eating inside, and no package ketchup, they pump ketchup doesn’t work so the cashier had to open up the machine and pour it into a cup for us. This place used to be pretty good, it’s going downhill, don’t even go into the ladies room it’s disgusting.

Decent location for fast food. I’ve been in the past and gotten food and it was pretty good. Arby’s is one of the least consistent chains I’ve tried between locations. Some locations are great and others are terrible. This one seems to be middle of the road, but I have yet to have a bad experience.

Arbys fired me because my fiancés little brother poured gasoline on himself and lit himself on fire and when he was rushed to the hospital I had to leave to get there immediately. Then the second time shortly after my fiancé tried to commit suicide in the same manner. I got written up twice for both those instances and then terminated because I didn’t find coverage before leaving . Arbys does not care about their employees or the needs of their employees in a grieving moment. I will never work for a company like that again. Because I can guarantee the store I use to manage is running with or without me. Just thought you should know the reality of behind the scenes.

Just ordered 2 french dips and crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce. The bread was so hard I could knock it on the table. The “thin sliced” roast beef was a 1/4 inch thick and also rock hard. I couldn’t even bite through it. The fries weren’t even close to warm and they didn’t give me any cheese sauce but I still paid for it. Tried calling about 4 times with no answer. Total waste of money. I hope I don’t get sick from the few bites I did get…

Huge burnt chunks of meat and Essentially raw meat on the same sandwich. Incredible. No sauce either which isn’t a huge deal but not being able to eat on the only lunch break I’ve gotten in a week is kind of frustrating. Second time this has happened at this location. Nice people but who is deciding that people want really hard slabs of burnt meat instead of the usual thinly sliced pieces?
