*** UPDATE: A supervisory employee just called me within minutes of submitting my review. He was very apologetic and listened to my concerns. He thanked me for taking the time to leave feedback and assured me that they would speak with the employees about this misunderstanding. I’ll be honest, I was very surprised to hear from him and so quickly. That has never happened to me before ever leaving a review and I am super impressed. He clearly cares about his business and customers. I would definitely give them another chance. ***

I went to this Arby’s a few days ago. The fries were good, but the sandwiches were so gross, we couldn’t eat them. The meat looked thick and fatty, not like the typical thin sliced roast beef. We had a couple bites and it was nasty.

When we got there the lady at the front was so nice and all the people in the back were super rude to her when she was making sure my order was all there. When we got to the table I realized they didn’t put my cheddar on my beef and cheddar so I took it up there to show them and a woman came from the very back and grabbed it from me and walked off without a word and the lady at the front said “I don’t think they are supposed to do that, im sorry” and she came back and tossed my sandwich at me. They should have made me a new one, not just thrown cheddar sauce on it. Not impressed at all and felt the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth…. literally.

I used to work at Arby’s so I understand a couple of things: #1 I understand you might be frustrated or tired, #2 they are so worried about the time limit on when they give you the food that either the fried products aren’t fresh or you don’t interact with the customers. So for example if I say I want fresh jalapeños poppers I know I have to wait if I ask. That doesn’t bother me, what bothers me is that I can’t enjoy one of my favorite restaurants because they don’t listen to to what I have to say. I know some times it’s hard to hear and all but Arby’s isn’t on the cheaper side especially for it being fast food. So all I ask is if I ask for fresh please listen, I’ll pull to the side so you can have good timing in your charts

Best chicken nuggets in the industry. Can’t give five stars to a chain that thrives on roast beef that tastes like soggy chemical-soaked cardboard. Everything except their flagship products are pretty good, though…

The young man that helped me was super sweet and patient. And he knew about all of the deals going on. The restaurant was clean. The food was amazing and fast. We ordered the French dip.

Kudos to this Arby’s location and all staff and management here, I live in Salt Lake County, but when I’m around I will make sure to order from here!

Each time I came here, I expect to be satisfied. But, he’ll no, it’s just the opposite. I swear every time,it’s so disappointing. I’ll just leave it at that.

I appreciate the excellent customer service at this Arby’s. The food is cooked well also. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that lately there has been 4 times in the past month that I have gone to this location and found that they are closed before the posted hours online and even one time before the posted hours at the location. So someone needs to keep the actual restaurant hours up to date. For instance, I went here at 9:45 P.M. on January 14, 2023, but no one answered the drive thru. I saw someone inside but she ignored that I was there even though I beeped my horn a couple times. The hours posted on Google say they should have been open until 10 P.M. though so either the worker closed the restaurant early or the hours need to be updated on Google to reflect current hours. I would go here more often if I could trust that they would be open when they are supposed to be open. I used to go to Arby’s 2-3 times a week sometimes but I have not gone near as much anymore since I can’t trust whether they will be open or not.
