Love the curly fries nothing gets better! Other foods are okay I love all the sauces they offer. I love to mix the Arby’s sauce with the horsey sauce. They do have good variety The prices seem to be always going up and up. It always seems like a good compromise place when deciding what to eat for fast food.

Will not be returning to this location. We sat at the speaker box for 5 minutes with out being welcomed. While ordering my first meal they didn’t really acknowledge anything I was saying i could just hear them laughing in the background. When they would responde they just kept saying is that all? They sounded really annoyed they had to work. Didn’t even ask what we wanted for a drink in our combo. When we got our food the dressing was every where and our buns are burned. Our fries were so hard that you could just break them to a crumble.

Just got served old hard crunchy roast beef and curley fries that were hard as a rock and tasted like they’d been dug out of the bottom of the fryer. Won’t be going back. This was a to go order so I couldn’t go back for a refund.

Very disappointed with food. Loved the girl at the window she gets 4 stars it would be a 5 but I asked for Arby’s sauce and literally didn’t even get a full small dipping container for 8 sandwiches. And boy dud they need sauce in order to eat never thought the quality of roast beef could be so bad

Went through the drive thru an hour before they close and was told they were “sold out of roast beef, arbys sauce, fries and shakes.” Seems like they had already cleaned up and didnt want me to order… which if it was 10 minutes before, I would understand… but a full hour before seems excessive. If I wasnt lied to about everything being sold out- they need some supply chain help

Not good do not recommend. The meat was cold and the burger buns were very dry and burnt no cheese or pickles and ketchup just favor less meat. Good drinks.

Horrible, The General Manager Jessica is very rude! I went to order the family pack and asked for 2 beef and cheddars which it says on the coupon, and the guy in training said only one could be a beef and cheddar i said that’s not what the coupon said, Jessica jumped on and said chill out he is in training she said this is a very rude way, i simply said you don’t need to be rude or I’ll take my business else where, Jessica said ok have a nice day, when i called to talk to her, she wouldn’t even listen to me or what i was saying! I will never go back to this location again it’s the one in American Fork by the Walmart. Horrible i wouldn’t even give this a one star! Very disappointing that she is a General Manager and treats customer this way!

This is by far the nicest and most upscale Arby’s I’ve ever visited. The staff were friendly, the place was extremely clean, service was lightning fast, and the food was delicious.
