Just got back from this Arby’s. Instead of au jus for the French dip sandwich, I was given a bag of what looks like burnt roast beef???? I’m not even sure what I’m looking at and it’s right here in front of me. I’m thinking not this Arby’s.

Meh… Maybe its just me, but I expect my food to look nicely put together, not slapped and smashed together. It’s not just Arby’s to be fair; this is typical of most fast food places. It only takes 2 seconds more to spread the condiments evenly and not smash the sandwich as you handle it. The sauce was only on one edge of the sandwich, and the cheese wasn’t much better; mostly in one spot. My husband was the only one there when he ordered so its not like they needed to be that rushed.

The food was hot and delicious when we got home. The Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich is so good! I like Arby’s. I always have! But I usually get the French dip and Swiss but today was feeling I need to shake things up soo… I did. It was great!

We love Arby’s. If you love warm deli meat piled on a bun then you will enjoy thier basic sandwich. If you didn’t know the beef-n-cheddar has Arby’s sauce on it already and the cheese is closer to a nacho cheese. The Chicken Nuggets are kid approved as well as the seasoned fries. The White Mac is good for those who like a sharper cheese.

This Arby’s is new, but having a hard time hiring and keeping employees. As a result, the dining area and restrooms were not as clean and fresh as one should expect. Those who served were quite nice.

We have our amazing family member that is the general manager there at the store and he always welcomes us with a simple smile and offers us great food with their au ju gravy to dip our roast beef sandwich in. What can be any better served with a smile and fill with great food and company. It’s a ring the bell opportunity!!!

Overall the food at this place isn’t what I’d call amazing. All of the food tastes like it was heated up in a microwave, the sauces taste like flavored mayonnaise, and the prices are too high for the quality of food.
