Curly fries not very hot and used to taste better. Roast beef is what it is, but also used to taste better. Bread soft and okay. Just not a pleasant meal overall. Stick with chicken, gyro, or market fresh is my advice. For $15, this should be better.

The lady who took my order sounded like she hated her job and couldn’t even tell us our total when we were the only car. when i got to window she was not even in uniform. She looked like she wasn’t wearing anything under sweatshirt. The food we got was soggy. I know its fast food but ever other happy day restaurant, including the other arbys, provides better service. I spent over 30 dollars on one meal and 2 sides i would hope its at least made right.

Would have got 5 but error on order…saturated buffalo chicken tenders (means they’re extremely hot) instead of sauce on the side, as ordered. Still, it’s a Happy Day restaurant, still excellent, fast, friendly service.

This restaurant has always been my favorite Arby’s to frequent. Arby’s food is always excellent, but the staff at this Arby’s go above and beyond to please their customers. I can only recall one time in 40 years that they got my order wrong, which was at a busy time. There was one evening that I went through the drive-thru, ordered, and drove up to the window to pay, only to discover that I had left my wallet on my desk at work 30 miles away. The crew gave me my order anyway stating, “If you ever make it rich, don’t forget about us!” I’ve never forgotten this, and they gained my lifelong loyalty.
