What a disappointment this was. First, it was during ” happy hour,” but yet I still got charged full price for everything I ordered. When I mentioned this, the kid had no clue. So, to avoid taking more time, I just paid it. Then, while waiting over 10 minutes for 2 sliders and a 4 piece chicken nuggets, the kids behind the counter were chasing each other, trying to put ice down the others shirt. That is so unprofessional for a place that serves food. The person in charge actually had to tell them to stop. This was all done in sight of customers waiting for food. They got one star only because I couldn’t give them anything lower. Their standards must be much lower than other Arby’s I’ve been to because I’ve never seen this kind of chaos in a restaurant. Very sad.

Absolutely will go out of my way to go to this Arby’s, it is the best!!! Damien the manager is always extremely wonderful, wonderful enough to stop and write a review! This is the place for good food and great service. They always make my day better and that’s crazy from a fast food restaurant!

Waited way too long for FAST food then the idiot at the window almost didn’t give me my drink. Then i get home and there is no lettuce on my chicken sandwich. This location needs to get it together or close its doors. What a terrible way to represent Arby’s. You should be ashamed.

Someone who is in charge. Please talk to the employee who sings nonstop musicals….while the radio is playing country. Made my dining experience a little awkward. Like he didn’t care about anyone around… including his fellow employees. Happened on July 11th evening shift. He needs to think about others.

I have eaten at Arby’s all across the United States and never been disappointed. Rexburg Arby’s is disgusting. No clean tables floors are disgusting. Would hate to see the kitchen. Buns were not just dry but hard as a rock. Roast beef was refrigerated cold. Will never stop there again. Idaho falls isn’t to far away and they are great!

This place is disgusting. I’m food safe certified so when I bought my son Mac n cheese and after he ate 3 bites and I noticed MOLD I called them and politely asked the manager on duty to check their mrds (good by dates). “Oh they’re made fresh every morning” “wish I could have seen a picture, there’s no way” I tried to get you guys to fix it… This is the second time serious issues with food safety has been brought to your attention and you shrug it off. Well ma’am two of your employees told me opposite of what you did. Fix your stuff before you kill someone. Oh and here’s your pic…

Worst experience ever Arby’s used to be our go to in rigby because we don’t have much for options but the last few times we have gone we were disappointed in both service and the food tonight we waited 20 minutes to put our order in due to nobody at the register for in dinning and then waited another 20 min to get our order and then to have the food very sloppy put together and not very good in the end
