Originally went through their drive thru and placed my order. On the way home I checked the order and was missing my fries. I returned to the restaurant and pointed out the error with my receipt. The staff corrected the issue with fresh fries and I opted to eat in.

The lady who took my order seemed to hate her job, acted irritated taking my order, and then grumbled as she was making the food. She also sneezed without covering and did so in the direction of the kitchen! Sadly never coming here again.

Denice was at the window. She applied the happy hour for me. I had no idea it was a thing. She also greeted what seemed to be a coworker and was super welcoming to him. That’s how I heard her name. She was also really communicative with her other coworkers. I was really impressed . She was awesome.

Updated review: I’ve been the Arby’s twice since the past review and have been very pleased with the customer service. I came in one time for a catering order and had forgot to confirm it with they manager so they didn’t have it ready. Totally my fault but they were kind and got the order for 27 people ready with in 10 minutes. It was amazing!!

This place was alright I like arbys food they have decent food. The place was well kept and clean. The only issue I had was the customer service wasn’t that great I was waiting to take my order and they wouldn’t even look at me and ignored me for quite a while and wouldn’t take my order for a bit then they acted like they didn’t even ignore me this would be fine if they were super busy but they weren’t busy they had two small orders. Overall an okay place for a quick bite.

Greek Gyro was great! Chicken in chicken sliders was a bit rubbery. They forgot our fries – fortunately we noticed before we left. Staff was very friendly. Place was fairly clean.

My husband ordered a #3 and he was told that wasn’t a meal you had to tell them you wanted fries and a drink, that they just didn’t give you that when you order the number and when he got home with it, it was not what he wanted, he wanted a roast beef and cheese and he got a plain nothing on it roast beef. So to make a long story short make sure when you go to this location tell them exactly what you want in detail and check it before you leave.
