I saw a cool electric Audi parked outside and my Gyro with roast beef was pretty good. Bathroom seemed something out of an 80’s dystopia type movie, like Terminator. But, since they got good Gyros, “I’ll be back!”

We love Arbys food, but our experience at this particular restaurant was awful. The staff was kind and friendly, but the food was disgusting. Every single thing we ordered was dry, old, and over cooked. Our fries were old and burnt, the buns were dry and hard, the roast beef was discolored and crispy in spots and the chicken was so old my husband spit it out after one bite.

Ordered online. Asked for extra sauces, didn’t get them. Ordered chicken bacon ranch, the chicken was pink in the middle. When I walked in to get the order the only greeting I got was an annoyed look from a blond teenage kid who looked bothered by the one other person in the place.

Absolutely awful! The French fries were hard as a rock! They tasted like they have been under the warmer for hours. Customer service is non-existent. More training is needed. For how expensive it is, the food should be fresher and better. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wow, the facts is that you guys shouldn’t be open, the amount of times I’ve had a drink not come out on multiple occasions, sometimes have to wait 5 minutes until someone even helps me in the drive through, poorly stocked, I imagine the sticker on the drive-thru speaker hasn’t ever been taken off because you’ve never had everything stocked at once, this place should be closed! Really it’s pathetic on all levels and fields. I haven’t been to this place and had a good experience ever. Ever! Please close! I’d like an actual restaurant not ran by 16 year olds.
