We didn’t eat at this location so I can’t speak about the food. We stopped to take a break from driving and use the restroom. What I can say is the staff are friendly, location was clean, bathroom was clean and stocked. The parking lot is large and can accommodate trucks with trailers. A great place to stop off the freeway.

Ordered food through door dash, didn’t get what I ordered. Called the fast food joint and the little sweetheart who answered the phone hung up on me. Good job folks below normal intelligence. Arby’s customer service/support is terrible. Placed an order through Arby’s app. Picked up my order got home and realized it was not correct. Drove back to Arby’s. I explained that my order was not correct. It was a food allergy issue. Was told that since I ordered through their app there wasn’t anything they could do in the store. She then told me I would have to contact customer support to resolve this issue. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Customer support offered a make it right coupon through the mail. Said it would be 10 days. I asked what about my meals tonight? Said she would forward my concerns. So the store messed up my order. The app got it right. Yet it’s the apps fault. Just be warned. They will not correct their mistakes. Also I called customer support a second time and the guy hung up on me.

Its arbys. However, they were fast and friendly. The chicken in the Buffalo wrap i had could have been a little more fresh than it was but it was still crispy and good. A little to much sauce but, i could ask for light sauce next time. The curly fries were fresh and the whole experience was amazing.
